I’m very skeptical of this. I invested here a few grand back in 2015. Back then the company was up to date on the financials and putting out quality news every month. I spent hours on the phone with Mike Duncan and Steve ( Steve was one of the best IR guys I’ve dealt with in the otc) and everything looked promising.

Then came the reverse split and I lost everything. I believe in the technology but I don’t trust management at all. Specifically looking back at the old statements when the mysterious consultant was getting paid huge amounts of money. I’m pretty sure that consultant made more money than HCTI has ever produced in revenue.

What makes you guys think anything has changed? I still hold my shares so obviously I hope it rebounds but I just don’t think it’s possible.

So it trades at 0.026 and then an hour later you’re talking about hitting 0.08 today. Delusional and embarrassing.

The next catalyst is probably selling the stupid munzee car that is an embarrassment. That will raise a couple thousand bucks then use that money so the employees can purchase some respectable looking clothes. You can’t do business if you wear skate boarding shoes, shorts, t shirt with a blazer and a fedora.

You know there is no chance of a RM here. You just posted it, because you think it may help the share price, but it won’t.

Let’s say you are serious and you really think that it is a possibility.
-Is there any connections between Dark Pulse and HCTI? No
-Are they in similar markets? No
-Is there any reason what so ever this RM would make sense? No
-Is it common for companies that produce sensors to merge with paint companies? No

Take this crap some where else. It’s embarrassing

Before the news letter days passed with zero bids.

They need to sell shares to keep the lights on. Now they release the letter, gain some interest, start selling shares again.

Just wanted to chime in here. My thoughts are that HCTI has a great product with zero management. I’m not convinced that Joseph even cares about bringing the product to market. I think they have given up. Darin has a second job, they are not fully committed.

Maybe things will change in the future, but right now it’s dead. I don’t plan on getting my investment back
