Only 2M shares!!! Ready to rip!
Potential short squeeze this week, huge short attack caused a massive drop on good news. Low float, huge short interest and oversold conditions....perfect storm for a squeeze!

About to blow past $100 in next two weeks. Insanely undervalued with 2020 revs of $2.5B and MC of 3.3B, 550M cash too!
$100 is still cheap.
Do you have a link or any proof that they PM execs bought HCMC, I saw it in a video, but am skeptical. Thx
Someone posted filings saying the Phillip Morris execs bought HCMC shares. Is that true? Link?
Can someone send me a link to Phillip Morris insiders buying HCMC shares? Is that true? Thx
Months ago I was pounding the table on $LAZR $11. $CFAC is a very similar play, albeit slightly more risky, because the merger has not closed yet. But IMO this has a great risk/reward ratio.
$CFAC will most likely merge with AEYE. https://www.facebook.com/AEyeInc/
"AEye is the creator of iDAR™ (Intelligent Detection and Ranging), an artificial perception platform for vehicle autonomy, ADAS, and robotic vision applications. iDAR fuses solid-state agile lidar, an optional camera, and integrated AI to create a smart, software-definable sensor. AEye has partnered with leading tier-1 suppliers and system integrators to configure and manufacture the sensor at scale." -SA
AEye is a very legit Lidar company working on self driving vehicles with partnerships and customers like Subaru, Intel, LG, Hella, Continental tires, OEMs, Airbus etc.
It currently has similar revenue to Luminar at about 15M a year, but I think will be much less valued than Luminar at merger and thus, have a lot of room to run.
" In December, Cantor raised $500 million for its fourth special purpose acquisition company, and this month filed for a fifth SPAC." Cantor is closing deals fast on these and I think this one is close to being done.
Aeye CEO is a complete badass. https://www.aeye.ai/about-aeye/blair_lacorte/
Amazing track record, "Innovator of the year" by NASA and is currently "an investor and astronaut in training with Virgin Galactic, as well as an investor in Moon Express, designer of the next generation of robotic spacecraft systems."
I am confident this deal will close soon and have a $22 Price target IF the merger goes through. If it does not, it will drop to the $11 area and you would have to wait for their next target to recoup. I like the odds.

$GMHI $LAZR Things could get very interesting here. I have a feeling the young scholar CEO Russel has a major trick up his sleeve. Here is a list of upcoming conferences:
Goldman Sachs Global Automotive Conference
Date: December 4, 2020
Presentation Time: TBC
Macquarie Next Generation Automotive Technologies Corporate Day (Japan)
Date: December 7, 2020 (December 8, 2020 in Japan)
Presentation Time: 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET
Barclays Global Technology Conference
Date: December 9, 2020
Presentation Time: 8:30 a.m. PT / 11:30 p.m. ET
The Goldman Sachs conference couldn't be a better place to drop some massive news. CEO already admitted the next big partner will be announced soon. With the merger going through in the next few days and a cluster of large conferences simultaneously, I think it's safe to say Russell is going to drop the bombshell this week, to maximize on the PR. (That's what I would do).
Here is where it gets very intriguing. There is chatter that it could be NIO. And IMHO, that is a very real possibility. Not sure about the accuracy, but this article states they are Luminar and Nio are "partners". "Bear in mind that Luminar has partnered with around 50 automakers, including NIO."
https://wccftech.com/nio-may-be-able-to-outpace-teslas-autopilot-feature-if-it-integrates-the-lidar-offered-by-luminar-technologies/
Now we also know that Mobileye, who Luminar just signed a massive deal with, also is partnered with NIO.
https://newsroom.intel.com/news/mobileye-nio-partner-bring-level-4-autonomous-vehicles-consumers-china-beyond/#gs.m9r01p
And look at this hidden gem I found. One of the main software engineers at Luminar, formerly worked at NIO as well.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/sripathivenky/?fbclid=IwAR2zP2sz4YCdYsZFN_HsAB4kwkl8greWkLVmxbFNnbK4xqwCuBv83YhIV8w
IMHO I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that Luminar might be announcing a partnership with NIO. If so, I will adjust my price target to $55. (Not saying it will maintain that price, but on hype I could see it).
All IMHO and best of luck. I am long $GMHI / $LAZR
Boooooooom! Huge news today.
Crazy undervalued here with this news, insane!
Oversold and undervalued here.
Looking forward to earnings, very undervalued!
Very bullish, a little profit taking today. Next stop .10. Insanely undervalued still. Like ridiculously undervalued.
This was the day I was waiting for to reenter. Based on this chart, there is a nice little foundation around the $26 area and it looks to be already acting as a nice support. I grabbed 500 shares. Really hoping this area holds, if $26 fails, it's no bueno.
Best of luck!
Clearly this is going above .10 and then .20. OS is insanely low and the market cap is beyond low.
Wow. This is a unicorn in the making.
Revenues are higher than market cap. Super undervalued.
Very bullish close. Wow. Still really undervalued here.
Based on revs to market cap, this has been very undervalued for a while. All it needed was some hype to spark the rally and Biden winning will do just that.
Bullish!!! Dem sweep could triple this.
We don't know.
Bullish, super undervalued. About to pop back to teens on Biden news.
Merger Target: Luminar
Market Capitalization: $1.02 Billion
On August 24, Luminar, an automotive lidar technology company, agreed to a reverse merger with Gores Metropoulos (NASDAQ:GMHI), a SPAC stock. Lidar sensors use lasers to make 3-D representations of objects. Luminar is used by 7 of the top 1o global automakers for auto self-driving technology. Also, it claims to have 50 partner companies, including Volvo which will use Luminar’s products in its 2022 vehicles.
Gores Metropolous will contribute $400 million in cash to the deal and a number of high rollers including Peter Thiel, who first funded Google, will supply an additional $170 million. The company claims the deal will have an estimated enterprise value (EV) of $2.9 billion, based on a projected market value of $3.4 billion. The stock ticker will change to “LAZR.”
Interestingly though, as of today the stock has a market cap of just $1.06 billion. So if the transaction promoter’s expectations come to pass, the stock could more than double.
However starting on page 24 of Luminar’s slide presentation, the financials show EBITDA losses up until the end of 2024. In 2024 it will make $124 million, more than doubling to $365 million by the end of 2025.
That puts the expected $2.9 billion of EV after the merger closes (assuming the stock rises over 100%), at 8 times the EBITDA of five years in the future. Assuming at least a 15% discount rate, the present value of the 2025 EBITDA is actually just half of that (49.7%). So the real EV-to-EBITDA number is actually twice the stated number, or 16 times EBITDA. That’s a little high.
9 Outbreak-Fueled Stocks to Buy This Week
Nevertheless, today’s valuation of $1.06 billion for GMHI stock is too low. It implies a paltry $500 million EV and just 1.36 times 2025 EBITDA. Even after discounting it is about 2.7 times. Therefore I believe a more appropriate price is at least twice today’s pricing. Expect to see GMHI stock (and LAZR post-merger) to double upon closing.
Party is over dudes. Time to move over to $GMHI Luminar, so it can start its run. Better technology, bigger partnerships and more funding.
"The company claims it is currently quoting and arranging multi-year contracts worth more than $1.5 billion combined."
CHA CHING!!!!!!

“We’re playing very defensive by buying these SPACs and there’s a very big boom,” said Lamoureux, who recommends GMHI GMHI, -1.66%, or Gores Metropolus — his biggest stockholding.
Last month, automotive technology company Luminar, which works with Volvo VOLV.B, -0.12% and other top auto makers, agreed to go public through a merger with GMHI. That taps into a theme he likes — self-driving cars and trucks.
After doing extensive DD on SPACs, my favorite is $GMHI / Luminar. They create Lidar software and hardware systems for self driving vehicles.
Here is why I like it:
-Institutional investors:
Peter Thiel (investment legend!!)
Volvo Cars Tech Fund
GoPro founder Nick Woodman
Many Others
-Reasonable Market Cap and share count $3.4B, OS 272M.
-Already has real revenues and large partnerships:
"Luminar is partnered with seven of the top 10 global automakers and is set to power the introduction of highway self-driving and next-generation safety systems"
"Starting in 2022, Luminar’s hardware and software will be integrated into Volvo’s global vehicle platform, the foundation for their next generation of consumer vehicles."
-Currently sitting at only about 11% off it's original $10 SPAC price, this has a lot of room to run and the merger is expected to close in Q4.
-Some press and website info:
(This well known analyst is expecting a large market wide crash and says $GMHI is a safe bet and his largest holding, wow! )
OVERSOLD.
Buy the dip, easy money. Once Hindenburg dorks close their short positions, this will rally hard.
Seriously undervalued. I don't get it.
Read the link I just posted, lot's of info.
No problem, best of luck!
Huge news, Trump just announced breakthrough therapeutics with blood plasma, granting EUA to companies like ADMA.
Big pop coming this week!
Great post! I was just going to say Yales test kit sucks compared to ours LOL
Huge lawsuit news coming...Could be billions ruled in Sorrentos favor.
Update On March 6, 2020 after the stock market closed Sorrento disclosed that the company had filed a legal action against Patrick Soon-Shiong in Los Angeles Superior Court, asserting claims for fraudulent inducement and common law fraud, arising out of Dr. Soon-Shiong’s purchase of the drug CynviloqTM from the Company in May 2015. The action alleges that, among other things, Dr. Soon-Shiong acquired the drug Cynviloq for the purpose of halting its progression to the market. In connection with filing this civil action in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where the Company will have the right to a jury trial against Dr. Soon-Shiong, the Company has dismissed Dr. Soon-Shiong from the related, ongoing arbitration against NantPharma, LLC.
I discussed this with my attorney friend he feels this is excellent news and good advice from Sorrento's legal team he suggested Dr Patrick Soon-Shiong could very well pay much much more possibly 5 times the original $1 billion arbitration suit, reason being is a jury could take severe action against Soon-Shiong for keeping a cancer drug off the market, also the legal action is directly against Soon-Shiong so he can't file bankruptcy given the fact he is worth $6 to $12 Billion. Sorrento's hired Hueston Hennigan LLP Harvard law school Steven Feldman who is recognized by multiple publications as one of the nation’s top litigators under 40, Steven Feldman uses his deep experience in the courtroom to help clients develop creative and aggressive case strategies with the goal of obtaining their desired result—whether it be a trial victory or achieving a favorable settlement. He is a trusted litigator for Fortune 500 companies, well-known venture-backed companies and individuals, such as Amgen and T-Mobile.

This is really important! Game changing test, first in line....Very high chance of approval, coming from Columbia University.
