I think he did that on 11/12.
Any real buying volume pushes this to .014 in seconds
That may be the case, but has nothing to do with how/why it’s currently trading like a low floater. This float could be much smaller than we think
This ticker trades like the float is much smaller than what it states on OTCM
My family and I think you whoever you are that sold me those shares. Blessed!
Biggest clown in the OTC that guy
Well done. I actually misread your post earlier. Thought you were the bashed. Congrats!
Huge potential here with this tiny float
That might have something to do with why there was $2mill in volume suddenly last week…lol
Amazing DD thread here
$AGGI Lets get started:

Here is the SS
96% INSIDER OWNED
What does big insider ownership mean kanye?
IMO Usually big insider ownerships tend to avoid doing RS (this hurts the insider) (Basically if they do a RS his 96% of shares would take a heavy hit) pic.twitter.com/okxqWGblbn
Paying close attention to see if ol Jimmy here ever posts again
Looks Pink to me
Looks like they don’t need any excuse
MMs are hiding bids. I’ve got one up on E*TRADE account that they are not showing on TD L2
Nuts are falling…lol. I grabbed a bunch
Indeed. ASCM wants shares bad. I’m on top bid, and he keeps selling under me to himself.
I’ve got .067 as the resistance. Looking to turn in into support today
Nice continuation so far this am
Huge buys here at .031. Likely short covers from the note holders. Make money on the way up and down
Already more volume than all of yesterday just in the first hour of trading. Note holders letting loose this morning. At this rate you are looking at a 50ma test.
Great post! As this ticker is based on science, one cannot avoid the science of chart analysis. The TA on any OTC chart must be heavily weighted towards a note holder and their desire and ability to manipulate the chart. There has been much peer data to back up that the MMs will actually build a chart to "invite" buyers. What we currently see in this 6 month chart is a cup and handle formation that is still in play. On Friday the big seller could have easily continued selling well past the 20ma, which would have effectively broken this upward trending chart. They did not do that tho. This gives me conviction that the cup and handle formation and it's eventual upward result are still in play over the coming weeks. Both the story, and the chart are still in play here with this ticker. We'll see...
God bless!
Noted, thanks!
My bad Jack. I was just attempting to mine this board for more information, as I have only traded this ticker a few times in the last few months, but never really "invested". Musical Shares has been very generous with educated insite in this matter. You, not so much.
After a ton reading this am, this is starting to more clearly tell the story here. I'm becoming more aligned with this thesis. Thanks for the analysis!
From my experience, Co's only get SEC audited fins, if they are looking to uplist to a higher tier platform, or if they are shopping for a buyout of some sorts. Curious to know more about why they went with the costly audited fins here.
Right. It appears that RGBP took extra steps and significant expense when putting together their financials in order to get Pink Current. Curious to know why...
As I understand it, an 8k release is a legal doc that upon it's release is open to SEC scrutiny. i.e If you issue misleading statements on it, you run the risk of prosecution. I'm not sure if the same rules apply to other modern "PR" outlets.....i.e. mainly Social Media.
Did the DD. Found out why they did not need to file an Attorney Letter (See Below) Again, this seems like a big expense for a company with no real value. Why take this extra (and very expensive) step of getting an audit? Especially if all Koos is interested in is money for himself. He could have just pocketed the $100k+ it took for an audit?
"Attorney letters are required for a company to qualify for OTC Pink Current Information if that company does not submit audited financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP and audited by a PCAOB qualified auditor."
Found it. Looks like one trunch of shares got sold for a discount of $26 a share.
I see. I thought I remembered Koos already sold some of the shares of ONPH. What share price did he get for them?
I'm confused by your reply. What does that have to do with why they did'nt need to post an Attorney Letter to go Pink Current? You seem very knowledgeable so I figured you would know the answer
I finally got the Filings up on my phone. Was reading through the filing from 4-19 and saw that RGBP hired a firm to do an audit. (See below)
"Regen executed an engagement letter with BF Borgers CPA PC ( “Borgers”), the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, the purpose of which was to retain Borgers to perform an audit of the Company’s balance sheet"
Is that really necessary on the OTC? I thought using a firm for an "audit" was really expensive and NOT necessary to get Pink Current on the OTC. Why would a broke company like RGBP do that just to get Pink Current? Seems like an unecessary expense for a company with no real value. What am i missing here?
I was watching last week when RGBP suddenly went Pink overnight, without posting an Attorney Letter. How were they able to do that? All the other OTC companies Ive been watching always seem to have to post an Attorney letter after their last filing. Then it takes like 3 days of OTCM review before they get Pink Current status. What did RGBP do so different than the others?
ok. Apologies, I'm travelling today and am having a hard time getting that 8k from back on 4-8-21 to pull up on my phone. If I remember correctly, Oncology paid millions to RGBP for that lisencing agreement. That seems like a pretty big bet?
What is Oncology Pharma doing with the RGBP product?
You need to check out the Share Structure
Damn bro….you really just gonna change your whole routine now….smdh
Indeed. Expecting a big close over .08. Then a huge weekend pump. Then, come out the gates screaming on Monday to push over .10+.
Some gaps just don't close. The one from earlier in the week at .04 never did. Stock is wayyyy bullish right now
Yup. That’s what nimble traders do.
