1,400,000 shares poof
AMERIRESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES INC NEW COM STK 03072A500
Gone like Trans World Airlines. And Bear Stearns.
Nothing to reinstate. It's gone.
Rules change all the time.....
lol, I'm not counting on that.
Since the common shares were cancelled in the bankruptcy, anyone holding those shares lost everything.
But, hopefully they gained some knowledge about how bankruptcy works and won't get sucked into another bogus bankruptcy play in the future, and again lose everything when those shares are also cancelled.
No, they cannot.
Forces that cancel can also reinstate.
What are you talking about? Your shares in ARIOQ have been CANCELLED. They no longer exist.
LOL the only thing left is this board.
Stuff resurrects all the time......
Sometimes, "never" is applicable, ARIOQ for example.
The common stock was cancelled. It is gone forever.
Never say never? .....!
Well, I guess you can stick a fork in this one, it seem's to be done..
When's this stock coming back? Thanks!!!
Are you certain about ARIOQ being alive and kicking - it seems the death sentence has been announced.
But you were warned and those that believed the botched filing nonsense from the despicable frontloaders have lost their entire investment.
IG
Who is buying ? Volume looks low.
Yes agreed. 1manband truly is excellent and knowledgeable and not afraid to wade in the swamp and help drain it.
At least for those open to learn about Q stocks and public company bankruptcies - you provided a valuable education - I know I learned a great deal.
Those that didn't heed your warnings have lost their entire investment.
A Thanks to you and Janice for posting facts that were easy to understand.
They lose everything like I’ve been saying for past two years. Told everybody get out with me at 0.0001
ARIOQ Hey everybody still trading? Lol
Shows "Delisted"...What happens to those holding shares??
It's a dead solid perfect scam.
It's odd he took so long to see to it once he'd been informed it had to be done...
I think Robbins was getting an earful from the P-n-D squad and he might not have had the heart to finally pull the plug. But business is business, in the end.
Yes, it is always a good day when the rotting garbage gets swept up off the street.
And since ARIOQ's shares had been cancelled long ago, it was absolutely nothing but a rotting, empty ticker.
Yes. I suppose we'll never know the reason for the very long delay.
The 24th was a good day, finally.

Yes. The board will be here forever.
Hey we are still trading!!!! Hahahaha yea ok
Does IHUb keep this board open forever? The reason I ask is because when I see other people pumping some other BK ticker I might send them here to check this one out. It is a good learning tool if nothing else.
ARIOQ told you folks this was over. Let me guess. Still trading? Lol
I do feel a little bad for those who got duped - where's my teeny tiny little violin when I finally need it?
Now for those who come by in the next few days, blinking, wondering where their shares went.
I hope some investors took notes...............
Where are the ARIOQ enthusiasts who persuade so many this was gonna be the deal of a lifetime?
ARIOQ FINRA Deleted Symbol

I actually asked them about it around April last year, I sent the lawyer an email asking why the shares have not been canceled. But instead of him answering me directly I got the following from Mr Robins. So I'm not really sure for the delay to be totally the lawyers fault. One year and one day from when he emailed me last year.
Yes, it is. Gone forever.
I think our original explanation is the correct one.
The bankruptcy lawyer for ARIOQ was experienced, but not for bankruptcies of public companies. I believe this was his first one. Many things are different with public companies vs private one, and this is definitely one of them. He almost certainly did not understand that upon the conclusion of the bankruptcy that he had to notify FINRA of the share cancelation. The Court doesn't do it, and FINRA doesn't check with the court automatically.
Either FINRA finally inquired of the status of the bankruptcy (since the Q has been attached for many years now) or the bankruptcy lawyer finally sent in the paperwork to FINRA himself. Either way, it is a relief that it is finally taken care of.
Couldn't agree with you more. I wonder why it took so long, though.
Finally is right!
We KNEW the common stock had been cancelled at the conclusion of the bankruptcy, so it was just a matter of time for the ticker to be cancelled, too.
But it was a much longer time to cancel the ticker than we expected.
But there was NEVER any question this would be the outcome. NONE.
If people are going to play tickers in bankruptcy, they should at least learn the basics of bankruptcy and how it works. Anyone left holding shares in this dead stock has lost 100% of their investment, but hopefully they will take away something of value in the hard-earned lesson. And hopefully they won't make the same mistake again.

Below: EMail Reply from Hofmeister Confirming "All Shareholder Shares" Being Terminated.
The ARIOQ Common Shares have been cancelled under the Plan as confirmed by the Federal Bankruptcy Court. It is not a Shell, and there will never be any "Reverse Merger".
=======================
The shares have been cancelled. What is trading is the ticker, but there is nothing behind it. It does not represent anything of value - just cancelled shares. ARIOQ shares are worthless.
ONE MORE TIME. The ticker and the stock are not the same thing. The stock is gone. The ticker remains.....for now.
