Here's a simplified way to visualize it.
Existing Company:
You and friends pitch in to buy a pizza. 8 people, 8 slices. Everyone gets 1 share, for total of 8.
Pizza gets delivered in a box, and everyone gets their share.
BUT, with ARIOQ, imagine the pizza store went out of business, equipment sold, furniture gone, owner working at Walmart.
You have an empty box that never got the pizza in it, because they went out of business after you paid, but before the pizza was made.
You just got the box.
So, you and your friends cut the box into 8 pieces. You can buy & sell the bits of box, but no pizza will ever show up in the box.
