I actually asked them about it around April last year, I sent the lawyer an email asking why the shares have not been canceled. But instead of him answering me directly I got the following from Mr Robins. So I'm not really sure for the delay to be totally the lawyers fault. One year and one day from when he emailed me last year.

Dear Mr. XXXX…..you are correct in that the shares in Ario were eliminated in the bankruptcy proceeding. We will look into sending a notice to Finra to that effect.
