WENR Corporation Acquires Cable Company
SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - 07/21/10) - WENR Corp. (Pinksheets:WNRC - News) is pleased to announce it has acquired Satview Broadband Ltd. of Reno, Nevada. Satview has subscribers in Nevada and Utah. It is a provider of cable television and Internet broadband. Satview will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. WENR purchased Satview for 5,000,000 shares of common stock and assumption of debt.
Satview has revenues of approximately $500,000 per year and has over $500,000 in assets. It has been in operations for nine years and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Current management will remain with the company and operations will continue in Reno. The company has modest debt and operates with a positive cash flow. Satview is in negotiations to acquire additional cable systems targeting Nevada and Utah.
"This acquisition is exciting for the shareholders of WENR," said Manny Martinez, Director. "For example, Cablevision bought Bresnan Communications for over $4,000 per subscriber. Satview has over 1,000 subscribers and is negotiating to acquire an additional 5,000 subscribers."

Ngensolutions LLC to Be Acquired by WENR Corp.
RENO, NV--(Marketwire - 06/03/10) - Ngensolutions has signed a letter of intent to be acquired by WENR Corporation, a Utah publicly traded company, trading over the counter (Pinksheets:WNRC - News).
Ngensolutions LLC, announces the appointment of Mr. Manny Martinez as a consultant to Ngensolutions and the appointment of Mr. Miguel Mena as General Manager and President of Ngensolutions LLC. Mr. Martinez brings over 30 years of experience in the communications industry to Ngensolutions. Most recently as a Vice President and General Manager of Charter Communications, he oversaw Charter Cable television systems in Nevada and California comprising over 350,000 subscribers, representing over $360 million in revenue per year.
Mr. Martinez is the past President of Nevada Cable Television Association; he is member of the Board of Nevada Hispanic Services, Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, Sparks Chamber of Commerce and numerous other civic organizations.
Mr. Mena is the General Manager and President of Exitos KXTO-AM 1550 Radio, in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Mena brings over 15 years of experience to Ngensolutions in the Radio and Print Media industries. Due to the efforts of Mr. Mena, Exitos AM is now one of the top radio stations in the Reno/Sparks market.
