PFMS is a clean shell with recent activity, and news expected regarding new CEO and intentions for the shell. MMs appear to need shares but find few sellers when they drop it, and plenty of buyers. Last time volume came in, PFMS popped 300%. It's due, but even if patience is required, its worth tucking a few of these away...IMO
