Something definitely going. Strangest stock I have ever owned. I do know that once upon a time some major players were involved. Just got a feeling that this baby goes to at least a penny before it's over and maybe a lot more.

Here is their current state of affairs from their website:

The directors of Grayling Wireless USA Inc. ("GRYW") had been in negotiation with the Company's principal banker ("PFK") for some time in an attempt to preserve some value for the Company's shareholders. In the midst of our negotiations an unforeseen event occurred whereby a receiver/manager has been appointed to manage the affairs of PFK effectively ending the ability to reach a successful conclusion on behalf of the shareholders.
Therefore, in accordance with long-standing, securitized loan agreements with our principal banker all of the assets of GRYW and its subsidiaries, ClearCalm and Stone Mountain, have been transferred and the debt has been extinguished. This essentially leaves GRYW with no assets, other than potential value from the future utilization of tax losses carried forward. However, unsecured debt remains in the Company and any future tax loss recovery would be directed toward partially satisfying the unsecured debt-holders, leaving no residual value for the common shareholders.
We do not know what fate awaits ClearCalm technology. We had attempted for several years to work with Scott Health & Safety to come up with the right product strategy to meet their needs, but unfortunately the clock ran out. That's not to say that ClearCalm won't have a life, but that will be up to the receiver/manager and will provide no future benefit to GRYW common shareholders.
We deeply regret having to pass along this very unfortunate news, we thank you for your patience and support over the years.

I posted earlier that the only possible reason there is interest in this stock is that the shell will be used in a reverse merger. I believe the company has some valuable patents and some people know that. Why else would you get this periodic volume and price spikes? Still think this could be a huge gainer but not for the faint of heart. Good luck to all longs.

If you read that letter closely it says "no value to Grayling shareholders". What if there is a reverse merger and suddenly there is no Grayling but another entity? My guess and it's pure speculation is that Grayling has some valuable patents relative to wireless technology that somebody wants hence the recent activity. If so this could be a big money maker. Everything about this stock is mysterious. Absolutely no information available. Accumulation at 300k a day, after hours, almost everyday. I emailed the POC and he responded with the same letter, which they conveniently refreshed after the last spike. I asked about outstanding debt and got no response. Something is brewing you are right, but I am not convinced if its good or bad. I just dont know, but at the current price its certainly worth the risk.

I've never seen this game before. the 100k at 9 was mine. they erased it on the streamer but yet it sits in my acct.

Wow are the market makers playing games with this one now. Trying to keep it down. Taking orders from someone just don't know who but this stock remains interesting. Waiting to see what plays out but still have a hunch it will be big for longs.

What are you guys thinking? I agree there is accumulation for some reason. Do you think its an RM? Who knows if the company still has debt? There is no pump for a pump and dump, just an unusual spike. Accumulation appears to go back a ways. I have never targeted a potential RM but thats my only thought about this one.

I think something huge is brewing. This is not a pump and dump. Big accumulation by major players. Follow the smart money. I believe the stock is easily worth more than $0.05 in next couple of months.

Yep, the USA part being based in Canada was kind of a clue, but we will see. I bought a few hundred bucks worth that I can let sit forever or lose lol. The spike followed by a deterring letter leads me to believe they want people out for some reason.
