What are you guys thinking? I agree there is accumulation for some reason. Do you think its an RM? Who knows if the company still has debt? There is no pump for a pump and dump, just an unusual spike. Accumulation appears to go back a ways. I have never targeted a potential RM but thats my only thought about this one.
