Most investors don't get up to date news so they'll get it today so there is always a delayed reaction. Panic sellers will drive it down and when others see it going down they sell too. Then we got the ones that jump in to scoop up some cheaper shares. The premarket is really really ugly right now...

My gut says we will learn that legalization will come but probably not in a few months (spring 2017) more like 2018-ish like everybody expects it realistically.

So the short term investors will probably pull out and the ones that are in for the long haul will/may dive in while the prices are still low.

52week high today.. I regret selling half of what I've had to invest in another MJ stock a few months ago (doing ok but not as good as APH).
