Improved Collections: The company also recently secured a one-time deposit return and revenue inflow of $35,500 from Wyre. The company continues to pursue accelerated collections timeframes on any new revenue sources as well.
Significantly Tightened the Burn Rate: The company has continued to greatly reduce its burn rate by over 40%, streamlining its use of personnel, partners, SG&A and service providers for maximum efficiency.
Improved the Balance Sheet: The company continued to improve its balance sheet, reducing its stockholders’ deficit to an estimated ($1,671,457), the closest this has been to a positive number in HUMBL’s history as a public company; this is also a critical progress metric for uplisting consideration.
Reduced the Stockholders’ Deficit: The company has continued to reduce its stockholders’ deficit from ($35,289,568) as of the 10-K filing for the year ended December 31, 2022 to ($1,671,457) as of the 10-Q quarterly filing period ended June 30, 2024, a reduction of the deficit by $33,618,111.
Maintained Company Equity Stake: HUMBL maintains an equity stake of approximately 10% in Avrio Worldwide, PBC (New York, London, Abu Dhabi).
