The way I look at this ETEK merger or shell takeover is simple.
It's not done yet, the company will announce once it is Lawyers take a long time to approve contracts between the parties, their job is to protect their client.

ETEK said this went to the lawyers for signatures, they either will execute or not.

If the purchasing party wants the asset bad enough, they will instruct their lawyer to move their butts on the deal.

Hold this stock or not is an individual choice, in the meantime we wait and accumulate at our purchase point or sell if we do not want to wait.

It's that simple.

No Benny. Anytime a company adds more shares to it's O/S, the value of the company decreases, due to it's market cap value.
If an "audited" company can show an increase in revenues to offset the issuance of shares, it can handle the increase in O/S.
What you do not get, because you've been here since .005 is this company is not showing an increase in value to the shareholders.
Now if AABB were to do this, the value of the company can offset this increase. AABB is going to test that .0475 again and may break that support.
Because of this and the value of its crypto holdings going down. This could be a major catalyst why this thing cannot get back to a dime and without significant revenues, it's not going to.
Flippers are having fun and making serious coin on your favorite stock.
FYI..I'm Long on AABB, however I am not Happy with your Gold-fevered CEO and You for that matter.
$5 pps is 10 years away at this rate.

Since the last artificial high-frequency drop was to .0475, then the rip up on major trades, I do expect AABB to get down to around .055 before it makes its next move.
