why?

because a shell is bought to tap into public funds by floating an issue.....

current shareholders are simply a future nuisance which only inflates the float.....

That was quite a while ago, I think that was part of the restructuring that made this a shell basically. Thats how i understand it anyways...i did the same email thing a while back though and got the same response..who knows...
