when the shell is cleaned up and sold, the current shareholders will be reversed into oblivion....

why?

because a shell is bought to tap into public funds by floating an issue.....

current shareholders are simply a future nuisance which only inflates the float.....

put a fork in it...it's done, over, fini....

we lost....it's just that simple....
