VYEY you'll find Dial's name who you mentioned here a while back
It is on the GFCI board now, thanks to another poster.
Cheers
No I didn't. I'm very interested though.
was checking out your post...did you hear the news about Dial and the SEC and VYEY's suit?
lilweezy, from my painful experiences in Pinks I've learned that rule Number One is to check the track records of any name associated with a particular stock.
Googling "Phil Kueber" would have lead you to the 3 or 4 failed pinks he has been involved with. It would have shown you that before be coming a pink scam artist he was making skin flicks. Very importantly you would have been lead to RICP, Jim Dial and the Adams Ranch money swamp. All that info was there before you put down a penny.
IMO, once a pink sheet scam artist, always a pink sheet scam artist. It takes a particular kind of vermin to sit at a computer and scam people out of their money. They are worse than pick pockets and have a recidivism rate of pedophiles.
I know of no one that ever got a penny back from a pink scam. The vermin are very adept at hiding their ill gotten gains. You may not be a vindictive person. Generally, neither am I, but when it come to the Dials and Kuebers of the World my hope for them is incarceration.
Better lluck in the future.

This was one of the first stocks i have ever purchased and obviously, got burned. Fortunately, i played it small only putting 1k in @ .11...came to like 9k shares. I recently sold at a 90% loss figuring i would just eat the loss and claim it on my taxes. If the SEC does step in, would I get my money back or would Keuber just go to jail and I still lose my money?
What happened here? Pepr was a scam from the beginning. I publicly warned folks of that from the beginning.
What was the split ratio? I don't keep track of the details of scams
And why won't the SEC step in? Maybe eventually they will. The SEC going after pink scams is kind of like a lottery. Practically every pink sheet operator has their name in the hopper. One of Kueber's co-crooks has already had his name drawn. He goes on trial in April.
What happened here? What was the split ratio? And why won't the SEC step in?
I'll pass on the pig blood thing. I'll settle for them spending 3 to five with Bubba as a roomie.
someone should really drive by their homes and spew pig's blood on their doors. these guys are such big scams and are shameless about it!
Same Scam, different day. LOL...

Was this really just filed today?

I've been in Pinks for 5 years. I don't claim to be even close to being an expert. However I don't know of a single case of Pink Sheet scam victims getting any kind of compensation for their loss. One thing all Pink scams artist are good at is hiding the money they stole.
Kueber's scam previous to PEPR was RICP. RICP was formed out of FTXN. FTXN's CEO was Jim Dial and their only "asset" was the west Texas gas play mentioned in the link that penny posted. And then surprise, surprise, Pepper Rock started touting the same worked to death gas play.
Long story short. Jim Dial goes on trial in April 2011 for securities fraud. The trial has been set back from this October by the Court.
In May 2009 the SEC and FBI talked to me about Jim Dial. At the time they said there were over 40 entities involved in their investigation. My hope is that Dial's trial is being delayed so they can bring charges against some of the other entities. Maybe one of them is Kueber Pure speculation. But I can dream, can't I?

A good find pennybaby. I wish US regulators were as aggressive toward stock scams as are Canadian regulators.
This pargraph from the article you linked points out something I've said about PEPR many times.
" Pepper Rock was trading at 22 cents. Mahaffey set a target price of $3.75, which was extremely aggressive considering that Pepper Rock's assets consisted of an option on a well-recycled natural-gas play in Texas.""
I've found 19 entities of touting the same gas play. Interesting that the piece also says Kueber has been promoting stocks for 2 decades. I found 3 failed Pinks he was CEO of.
When I do DD on a pink I try and learn all I can to see if any of the IDENTIFIED principles have a pink scam history. Phil Kueber has a very wide Pink slime trail.
Now what? Sit tight and hope there is a lawsuit?
More proof that $APTD and $PEPR are related. http://www.vancouversun.com/columnists/Trio+pays+dearly+defrauding+Venture+Exchange+company/3662993/story.html
Never. Jon Fullenkamp is next to get indicted.
Will this stock ever come alive again?
lilweezy, you are looking at as slimy an O&G scam as I've ever seen. I've found 19 entities that have pumped the property that PEPR (CEO Phil Keuber) is touting.
The property is the Adams Ranch in Crockett Co, TX. The trail I found goes back 5 years. Of the 19, only the first one formally announced that they were moving on. The others have pumped it to death and gone quiet.
USEH was the first pink scam I found. Followed by GFCI, UERI and FTXN. Jim Dial was the CEO of those three. As FTXN there were actually over 20 wells drilled and most of them produced in the 200K cf/d - 300K cf/d range initially. Then quickly tailed off. At the time, in 2006 NG was selling for about $10 -$12 per MM cf. The price dropped and is now around $5. There is a NG glut.
Dial sold pumping rights to Victory Energy, (CEO Jon Fullenkamp) and they flogged it for a while. In 2008 Phil Kueber acquired FTXN and renamed it RICP. That scam was ran into the ground and is now dead.
Then, surprise, surprise, Kueber formed PEPR and started his con with Adams Ranch. I have found three other failed pinks Kueber has headed up.
Jim Dial has been indicted in Federal court for securities fraud and goes on trial in Houston on Oct 24 th. Jon Fullenkamp is the subject of a formal securities fraud investigation.
Good luck on watching for the results of the frac job.
Taken from the last company update...
Pepper Rock also is pleased to announce the drilling company engaged by
Pepper has stated that they expect to finalize the "frac" process on the
two wells the Company re entered earlier this year. The "frac" company
has provided their work program and schedule for the West Texas property
and looks to finish the project for Pepper Rock in July.
...We are in August now, any word on the frac process being completed?
gotchya, thanks, not so lucky on others tho, gl all

their MO hasn't changed
and imo, count yourself lucky to break even
if you're going to lose your shirt, mine as well get it dirty. funny i bought this thing at .40!!!! yes i was the biggest moron, thank got i doubled up at a bounce and evened out, but yea didn't see if falling this low so quickly and now it seems to be slowly bleeding with nothing there, surprised it hasn't dropped lower even quicker, not sure what's holding it up?
nah man sorry wasnt directed to you specifically im just playing we all know what this is
what? they didn't list JD's extensive knowledge?
isn't Ceo Kueber the same one that JD tapped to front RICPD which was JD's FTXN scam?
I can't believe it
JD looking to raise money for his lawyer?
aman86, since your post was a reply to me, I assume you read at ;east some of what i have to say about PEPR ad CEO Keuber. I can't imagine that a sane person would think PEPR is anything but a bounce vehicle.
With that in mind I think you must be the first of a wave of Bounce Boyz that will be trolling for bagholders. If that is what you're up to you can count on me raining on your parade.
PEPR's "West Texas Gas Property" may be the most scammed gas lease in the history of Pink O&G scams.
I despise the scam artists that have pumped Adams Ranch. They have bilked millions from hopefuls.
See ya!
PEPR BACK IN BUSINESS BABY!!!!
15% TODAY AFTER coming back from 3 cent land! if that doesn't show the resiliency of our gem then I don't know what does, look for big things to come, i hope

Stockyman, I don't know how far back you've read i n my posts. I may be repeating something you've already read.
A scammer named Jim Dial was the 2nd generation of scammers that pumped the Crockett Co, TX (Adams Ranch) property that Pepper Rock was touting. By my count PEPR CEO Phil Kueber was the 18th pink sheet scam of 19 that have pumped and dumped the same property. Jim Dial and 2 others have been indicted in Houston Federal Court for securities fraud,
I started warning people of the scam within days of the first PR on Adams Ranch. Sorry you lost money. I've yet to see a pink sheet O&G play that didn't turn out to be a scam.
The best thing about this stock is if you still own it you are part of history as every day it makes another 52 week low. It is heading in one direction only that is down. I did own but got out long ago worst purchase I never made. Can't believe anyone would ever buy with what is known about it. Hope this stops someone from wasting their money as I did.
Hey Print!! Good to see you cycle back through! Glad you are making money in real life. Good for you.
What's this "listed" crap? What happened to your sense of adventure? Do you remember ICN9000 from the RB GFCI days? He talked me into getting back in the Market after the CTBG / DTCC fiasco. I started with a small nest egg and has quadripled it ---in pinks! No guts . No losing nearly every thing I ever accumulated. But that's another story you know a bit about. Don't be a stranger. See you on another pink scam O&G play. Like PEPR.

On February 10, 2010 we entered into a joint venture agreement with Oxalis Energy Group, Inc., for an exclusive right to participate in Oxalis' natural gas project at the Adams - Baggett Ranch near Ozona, Texas. Under the terms of the agreement we have committed to investing an aggregate of $5,300,000 into the development of the property. The initial payment of $300,000 was used for the re-activation of two natural gas wells on the property and the acquisition of a 50% working interest in these wells. With each additional payment of $500,000 we will acquire a 50% operating interest in one of the remaining 10 yet to be drilled natural gas wells on the property which are subject to our agreement with Oxalis. None of these parcels, including the existing wells, are currently producing natural gas and there can be no assurance that they will produce natural gas. A description of this property follows.
ADAMS - BAGGETT PROPERTY
The Adams - Baggett Property is located approximately twenty five miles South of the city of Ozona, Crockett County, Texas and approximately seventy miles North of Del Rio, Texas. The entire area consists of approximately 21,000 acres divided into 220 parcels which either contain currently natural gas wells which will require re-activation or may be drilled to create natural gas wells, though we cannot be certain if these wells contain commercially viable reserves. The area to which we have acquired rights pursuant to the agreement with Oxalis consists of 2 existing natural gas wells and 10 properties on which wells may be drilled and installed for a total of approximately 120 acres.
The drilling activity in this part of Crockett County started in 1973 with the completion of a pipeline to the area. The field was originally developed on a 180 acre per well basis, which was subsequently reduced over time to the current 10 acre per well spacing as it was found that the wells had a small radius of drainage.
The prospective `Canyon Sandstone' formation in the Adams - Baggett Property consist of several depositional cycles of sudden energy increases followed by declines leaving a vertically stacked section of channel sands, bar sands and braided stream deposits inter-bedded with mudstones and lime deposits. The objective target of these prospective sandstones is to produce gas from approximately 4,400 to 5,000 feet. These sandstones cover the entire 21,000 acre area of the Adams - Baggett ranch and we plan on initiating a drilling program on each of the 10 parcels which have under agreement with Oxalis upon the delivery of funds which we are obligated invest.

Wow! How exciting! New PR says PEPR has entered an agreement with Dominus Energy------- wait a minute. Where have I heard of Dominus before?
Now I remember. Dominus has peddled the same Adams Ranch property, that PEPR PRd several days ago, to at least 2 other failed pinks. Northern Explorations (NXPN) and Galloway Energy (GWGI). Additionally I've found 16 other scams that have sold stock on the overworked Adams Ranch property.
Let's work backward.
PEPR gets Canadian property from Dominus.
PEPR gets Adams Ranch from undisclosed company.
Dominus actively peddling Adams Ranch to other pinks.
(A simple Google search of Dominus Energy tells it all.)
PEPR CEO, Phil Kueber, acquired RICP from FTXN, A Jim Dial scam.
Jim Dial and associates John Jarvis and Claude Eldridge had used 5 other pinks to tout Adams Ranch.
Phil Kueber was the CEO in two other failed pinks.
NOT ONE PENNY has been returned to shareholders in these pink scams.
NOTE: Earlier in the month Jim Dial and Evan Jarvis were indicted in Houston Federal Court for securities fraud.
Why would anyone want to put money in this swamp?
WaWA, IMO, the people running PEPR are talented scam artists. It's early in this one. They may be able to pump PEPR a little more.
In my previous post I told how a con man named Jim Dial is tied to Phil Kueber and PEPR. Bad new s on that front. Last week Dial and two of his henchmen were indicted in Houston Federal Court for securities fraud. The SEC and FBI have said there were 46 entities being investigated in conjunction with Dial.
For anyone with serious money in PEPR, I have a serious suggestion. Call the Texas Railroad Commission and ask about the wells Kueber is claiming to be drilling. But first you need to call PEPR and get the actual well designation. It will be something like Adams Ranch #130. If they are on the up and up, they should give you the information.
Crockett Co TX is in the TRRC district out of San Angelo. Tell the person that answers that you want information on a well being drilled in their district. Give them the well designation and they will be happy to give you the latest info on the well. They will do it gladly. It's their job.
Good luck. Incidentally. I've done some more looking into the Adamns Ranch. NINETEEN scams have sold stock on it's back.
BigFat, you're doing a good job of warning folks about this Pepper Scam, but you have just scratched the surface. Let's take a look at the Adams Ranch Swamp.
In 2005 two easily Googled scam artists, John Jarvis and Claude Eldredge got control of the Adams Ranch lease for their pink, United Energy Holdings. Jarvis had been CEO of a failed pink, Litfiber. He passed the shell to crony Jim Dial and it became GFCI. In early 2006 Dial announced he had acquired Adams Ranch for GFCI. A matter of days later he PRd that he was moving Adams Ranch into a new company he had formed, UERI, "to protect GFCI shareholders from the liabilities inherent in the O&G business". For a while Adams Ranch seemed to have gone off the radar. Then Dial announced he had formed FTXN with Adams Ranch as their main asset. Millions of shares were sold.
BigFat, you've mentioned Vortex. They are just a face in the filthy Adams Ranch crowd. Add Victory Energy, Northern Exploration, Galloway Energy, Dominus Energy, Oxalis, RICP and now Pepper Rock Resources.
To see the scope of this scam, check this out. RICP went into the failed FTXN shell. They claimed to have bought 5 websites. They are virtually worthless. According to info on Google two of them have combined daily web traffic of less than $7 per day, combined. RICP has gone from .25 to .0003. Beware Pepper holders.
The CEO of RICP claims "film making" in his Bio. One of the films was a skin flick, Screwball Hotel. The feature of the hotel was nude mud wrestling by beauty contest winners of religious groups. He is also the CEO of at least two other failed pinks.
Now, why am I going on about the CEO of RICP? Because he is Phillip Kueber, the CEO of Pepper Rock Resources. To summarize: Jim Dial runs FTXN and Adams into the mud. He peddles it to at least 6 other scam outfits. He then passes FTXN to Phil Kueber and RICP, then starts the whole thing over through Pepper. Does ANYONE truly believe Pepper Rock is a real Company?
Disclosure. I was financially ruined ny Jim Dial. I despise him. I follow him around and do my dead level best to warn folks of the kind of scum they are dealing with.
I'm the Troll under Jim Dial's bridge. Any time I hear traffic I'm going to jump out and say BOOO!
