MediaG3, Inc. ( OTCPK : MDGC ), a provider of wireless broadband solutions has launched the first phase of its 4G+ Broadband Network in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is MediaG3's second site used to test enhanced developments of their Wytec patented technologies. "Eau Claire is a joint venture with Wisconsin Wireless and CCI who already have established operations as an Internet service provider and customer base in the area. We are excited to deploy another site allowing us to test and further advance this incredible technology," remarks Val Westergard, MediaG3's chairman and CEO. MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC), a provider of wireless broadband solutions has signed a Letter of Intent to secure a $10 Million funding arrangement with Competitive Companies, Inc., (CCOP). This funding for capital improvements is one of many funding arrangements scheduled with CCI in a unique Partnership allowing both companies to flourish in developing next generation broadband. MediaG3 will sell its Wytec Assets to CCI with an ongoing Partnership arrangement that will provide Mediag3 continued and unencumbered access to all of Wytec assets including any future improvements at no cost to Mediag3. Additionally, Mediag3 shareholders will realize the benefits of future patent valuations in a unique dividend share arrangement with CCI. Funding will begin immediately with initial proceeds being directed to current patent maintenance and development.

9/1/2011- MDGC Investors respond with highest ever daily volume for MediaG3, 123,634,768.
The silence was broken last week with a PR from Zayo confirming their relationship with MediaG3 in Boise and plans to expand.
MDGC investors responded with the highest ever daily volume for the company. The new daily record, 123,634,768 shares were traded on August 31; nearly 10% of the total company outstanding shares.
The August 26th Zayo PR revealed "these solutions are now available through MediaG3, Inc. for the enterprise, healthcare, transportation, business, public safety, education and residential technology subscribers throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley, including the city of Boise".
Investors anticipate this as a beginning and expect the company to follow shortly with plans for broadband internet services and next generation technologies.

MediaG3 announced today the Company has entered into a teaming agreement with ID Consulting Solutions, LLC, a consulting, planning, management, engineering and integration firm, to pursue business opportunities relating to advanced telecommunications, high-speed data services, wireless broadband, backhaul, and hybrid network deployments.

ID Consulting Solutions' 27 years of engineering experience will integrate MediaG3's patented Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) with other vendor equipment to build new MediaG3-based hybrid networks. This teaming agreement will extend the reach and deployment potential for MediaG3's service offerings.

MediaG3 announce today the first of their wireless pilot projects with MeshGlobal has successfully completed the testing phase and have begun signing up select customers moving the project into the sales and marketing stage.
