HEAVY DD FOR ALL TO READ: I posted this on my Twitter as well under OttomanTrader $MDGC -

For sure something is up - WYTEC is a spin-off of MDGC. Same CEO. I anticipating MDGC as the shell company that Wytec will be using to list on the NASDAQ. Wytecs own website: https://www.wytecintl.com/milestones_progression/ has a step by step process of how to they will accomplish this between February - August 2021.

So what gives? - Wytec plans to file its Regulation A+ filing with the SEC prior to the end of January, the full process of becoming “Effective” can take 90-120 days depending on SEC review volume and current issuer condition. As a result of Wytec‘s previous financial filings as a “reporting” company and its growing solid revenue forecasting, the Company believes it can become Effective with the SEC by April of 2021.

On January 5th, Wytech engaged the Dalmore Group as its investment banker/underwriter to represent Wytec with a Regulation A+ Offering, also referred to as a “Mini-IPO”. Dalmore is one of the most successful Regulation A+ underwriters in the nation, with more than 80 successful Regulation A+ Offerings (over the past 36 months) representing more than $1 Billion dollars in investment funds. Dalmore expects to complete its Due-Diligence on Wytec by early February of 2021. Hence why there has been heavy volume in this stock and big orders. Somebody knows something and the word is spreading.

So what is the value we can expect once listed? Wytec has developed a Discounted Cashflow (DCF) Valuation Model to assist the market maker in determining a price-per-share for the first day of trading. In addition to utilizing Wytec’s DCF Valuation Model, Wytec has engaged Dr. Sam Khoury, a renowned patent appraiser with the firm of Inavisis, Inc, to perform a qualified SEC patent appraisal of Wytec’s patents. It is anticipated that both, the DCF Valuation Model, including the new patent appraisal, will support Wytec’s initial price-per-share of $11.15! Wytec anticipates that its independent valuation will be complete by March of 2021.

After doing this DD, I do not know about you but even though MDGC itself has no revenue, reports, or whatever data you typically require to assess a company in order to invest or trade - I at this point firmly believe this is the shell that Wytec will use. Major upside reward to this small price to pay. There is a reason people have been loading up and I am definitely a long hold on this for at least a few months! Low outstanding shares and this will continue to move quickly!
