That way CDEL won't be able to "fix" the inventory problem by introducing TONS of INVALID SHARES as it was the case with XMET per SEC filing, right?

Agreed with the way everything else in the OTC is running there’s no point to be here. I own too many shares here to even sell without dropping the price significantly. But it’s all good locked in for the next run and will average down if it hits the trips

.0017 not too far off lol.. just saying I didn’t play this one right. I also added in the .002s thinking we would bounce. Still think there’s potential. I held 30M shares WDLF while being down for a while after initial pop and it paid off. Just will have to wait for the next pop here whenever it comes

Also - it doesn't seem like Wytech will list using MDGC as the shell.

"Acquiring a symbol requires a 15c211 filing and has to be submitted by a sponsoring market maker. Once a smm is chosen, we will put some thought into a symbol.

On February 2nd, 2021 Wytec international filed Form 1-A o be listed on the SEC.

Does anyone know how to find the ticker or what we can anticipate moving forward? I emailed Wytec and the CEO actually responded.

We have recently filed SEC Form 1-A, known as the "Mini-IPO" allowing to short cut the conventional path to all public platforms including NASDAQ.
