Why does Malers keep shooting itself in the foot? Investors discount pr's that can not be verified. MSNC is still operating under the stigma of GXXL and the RS that the new owners just completed. Many people still think MSNC is a scam. To be honest with you, I am not sure myself. They should not have even put out the pr unless they could have identified the other company. This just makes MSNC look more and more like a pump and dump operation. If they want to generate investor confidence, they are going about it the wrong way.

Please pass along my thoughts to Mr. Luzon.

Malers Automation and Control Signs with Large Pharmaceutical Company

It's a REAL Company this time, they are based in Isereal and in order to get some investors in USA decided to buy a empty shell.. Then they found out that it had ga-zillions of shares, so they had to reverse so they could actually find out where and who owns the gazillion, It should be at 2 or 3 dollars a share, now that the Ga-zillions is cut down , BUT since they are not USA Company, we have to wait for financials.

Because of the scammy way they have operated in the past, I'm reluctant to pay over a penny at this point.

Once we see filings and have some protection that the dilution cycle won't start again, then maybe.

I'm seeing sales of stock in the .01 range and the MM trying to accumulate, making buyers pay up. Ask appears to be at .02.

I'd urge everyone not to play into the MM's on this one even as a gamble. Make them earn it.

Do you mean that the number of Authorized Shares is 15 million or do you mean that it is the "same" as before (i.e., billions)? If it is the same as before the RS, what is that amount?

If AS is actually 15 million, might I suggest that a pr pertaining to AS and OS be released to clarify any misconceptions that potential investors might have. Preferably stating that there are no intentions to increase AS in the foreseeable future. This is the type of information that potential investors desire.

Also remember this, Lebed is a lying dog. And even if he isn't "lying", he is only relying on what the company has told him to be the case. They could be lying to him also. Until we see some audited financials (none are forthcoming) and some independently verifiable products and contracts, this is a total washout. Now, if the company really is legit, then we have hope. But they seem incapable of putting out a decent pr and providing any reliable guidance that would attract investors. Let' just hope that they are legit and have good products but lack any sense of how to market and develop a publicly traded company.

I thought you were contracted by them for pr and marketing? In any case, you suggested that the RS was done in order to attract new investors. In order to attract new investors, the company must have something to attract them with besides a HIGHER pps! Also, how are "new" investors going to receive information about the company? There has not been any press releases for MSNC? Are they hoping that people will buy just b/c "MSN" is in the symbol!

I hope you can have some influence because at this point, they are doing a pathetic job.

The company hasn’t dumped 50 billion shares on the market. We did a reverse merger into the GXXL shell, which was virtually valueless, only 2.5 months ago. Our intention is to build up the value of the stock and get it trading at a more representative level.

OT: Quite an interesting development today for those who are into Naked
Shorting Theories.

CMKX is in possession of a letter from JEFF admitting that they sold more
shares than were available, due to a "software setting." The setting turns
on and off a pop-up window, designed to thwart such problems.

The software issue also was responsible for the lion's share of those
unexplainable 9,999,999 trades we were perplexed about.

Quite an interesting read. It'll shock you how easy it is to sell
nonexistant shares, just by turning on and off a setting in the software's
properties. How many other brokers have the same software and abuse the same
features JEFF did?

Imagine someone giving you the secret formula for turning lead into gold! In
the instance of JEFF you go into system properties, turn off the warning
message then go back in and sell all the shares you want!

How cool is that?
