What a scam. Total pump and dump. I wouldn't trust RSG with a 10 foot pole. Hope he gets what he deserves for scamming others and hiding under the radar. Seems like him and his cronies know how to work the system but it won't be for too much longer.

I was always under the impression that the patent had extreme value. The company being delisted shouldn't affect that.

With the company delisted and no stock can be traded, there is no value to the shareholder as they will not and never benefit from a company patent.

Also, and more important, if the company itself states their patent is of extreme value, rest assured there is no value and most likely not a viable legit patent. Most scams have a simple addendum to a existing patent and call it theirpatent.

It's called patent fraud.

That's the big question. Do they have any assets? Does anyone really know? MY tax attorney has been trying to find out for me.

If the company has assets it may be prudent to seek legal advice for recovery of shareholder losses. As it is now the ticker no longer exists and the stock cannot trade publicly.

When you click transaction history, you will see there that they got it as well. Someone certainly is taking the effort and expense to keep this going. I think we were told some time ago that if they secured a patent things could start happening. Hope so

Hey Semper.. I will be interested to hear what you think when looking at that link. Hopefully we have some hope here in the patent. That was always what we heard way back so just maybe... Looks like someone spent some money to keep it alive. I always believed in the technology but in my opinion they brought in management that couldn't or wasn't interested in delivering. My incandescent bulbs are flickering as I type....

I can relate to that, me too! Sounds like we are in the same boat. Because I am in the electrical business, I was all charged up on this LED lighting company a few years ago. I actually had a close up look at their products (and talked to their people) at a lighting show (Light Fair) in Philly a couple years ago. The products looked genuine, decent and heavy duty IMPO.
The incandesent light bulb (developed in the 1800,s) is ancient energy hog technology, LED is the future and gaining huge popularity in homes and commercial lighting. I see LED used from gas stations to parking lot and street lights in my town.

I will follow your link and read up on the patent etc subject.
Hopefully this company can get a piece of the action in some form or fashion!

Recent trading activity produced a short window where the value was high enough that Scottrade would accept my sell order. So I sold my holdings and I'll write off the loss at the end of the year. Luckily I didn't have such a large investment that my losses exceed the IRS limit.

Anyway, if you have some hope, good for you. I hope it takes off and you can recover whatever you invested.

class action suit? sounds good to me!!! I feel like I"ve been conned. I gave RSG $10000 ANd hoped for the best, When asked what the ipo would be< I was told @1 or $@. well that nee happened .Every time I called him he would paint a rosy picture about how much money we would make> Finally he offered to buy back my stock, So I at least got back my $10,000. TO make matters worse, he was so sure it was a good investment I borrowed another $10,000 and bought more stock. I am 80 years old and could ill afford that amount. now I am out $10,000 and could use the money.I think rsg pulled a fast one on a lot of his clients and should answer to it.

Current dream scam is MLFB right there in Lakewood Ranch. Can't wait to see if they actually produce a game let alone a season. From what I've seen is they want to charge dreamers to play in their "league"

Yup back in the day they actually had a promising future but they went in the direction of a pinky scam instead of a growing LED manufacturer. I remember the Sarasota Memorial parking lot........ I actually went over there and snapped pics and posted here. The problem is they were simply assembling Chinese product and calling it Aimed Optics....... The same night I drove to SMH I drove past a Kash N Karry supermarket that had much brighter LEDs illuminating the parking lot, the light was much brighter and sharper than the SMH parking lot.

The insiders decided to chase grants and free money instead of building a manufacturing facility. After they took money to move from Manatee county to Sarasota county (a mere 6 or 7 mile distance) then they decided to move to a fancier address to reel in bigger suckers in LWR. At some point one of the insiders decided to lease his years empty building. They posted pictures of the inside but it appeared that the equipment they were saying were for LED manufacturing were in fact old obsolete Gemesis stuff.

Mel and his band of thieves could not have pulled off the scam without the assistance of the crapweasel legal team......... I don't know whether anyone knows but lawyers are some of the biggest liars and cheats........ right behind politicians and the lobbyists they work for.

a good rule of thumb is don't buy penny stocks that are headquartered in Sarasota unless you like to pay for other peoples country club memberships

I don't have to do any research. I've owned them since 2010, before they were Evolucia and prior to the ILED symbol. I bought more in 2012. If they were a scam back then, they fooled me. I certainly agree that they turned into a scam at some point. In any event, my shares are now worth less than the trading fee to sell them.

na, they were always a scam do your research. And as for their patents, even if they were worth something 4 years ago when they applied for them, the LED field is always changing and most patents are obsolete even before they are granted.

If you are really interested, this used to be a viable company, with exciting and relevant products and huge potential. Seems like it was badly mismanaged and now is dead like others have said here. They let all of their employees go, skipped out on their lease, and shut down their web site. There are still several patents that should be worth something, but there doesn't seem to be a viable business anymore.

The Board of Directors were persons with substantial business experience and personal wealth. It is stunning how they could screw up an advanced lighting technology company, with technology patents.
I know being ignorant is not illegal, but a willful act of ignorance should be prosecuted.
