I was always under the impression that the patent had extreme value. The company being delisted shouldn't affect that.



With the company delisted and no stock can be traded, there is no value to the shareholder as they will not and never benefit from a company patent.

Also, and more important, if the company itself states their patent is of extreme value, rest assured there is no value and most likely not a viable legit patent. Most scams have a simple addendum to a existing patent and call it theirpatent.

It's called patent fraud.
