The Content segment operates cable networks, such as E! Entertainment Television, Style Network, the Golf Channel, OLN, G4, and AZN Television. In addition, the company performs live sporting events; and owns or manages facilities for sporting events, concerts, and other special events. The company was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
