I also manage a second account for an elderly relative in the burbs and will be cancelling that one as well, as soon as I get out there to set up the alternative. Comcast scammed them last year, and I had to spend over a week sorting that out. I hate this company.

I tried so hard to work with them over the years because I, like everyone else, like to have a dedicate ethernet connection. However, it is just not worth dealing with the actual structure of their company. Their sociopathic unaccountable Salespeople are just one part of the problem. Their overall design is predatory and fraudulent.

The only way they will get my business back is if they prove to me that they fired the scumbag scamming sales rep. He blatantly lied to me in multiple ways in a recorded call. Comcasts salespeople fucked with the wrong two customers. Now they will pay for it.
