Business Summary
Inpatient Clinical Solutions (ICS) are physicians in the specialties of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics who provide acute medical care to hospitalized patients. Inpatient physicians are accessed to improve the well being of hospitalized patients while reducing their associated costs. ICS has physicians on site in hospitals when and where the patients and their primary outpatient physicians need them. Often referred to as hospitalists, ICS physicians are present to act quickly if a patient's condition changes rather than waiting for their primary care physician to arrive from his/her individual practice.

We're not just about the science of medicine, but the art. We use a team approach for the care and comfort of patients, transition to home or sub-acute facilities and work with families to get their family member well and are available 24/7 to address both medical, educational and social needs of the patient and family.

Hospitalists are physicians who spend at least 25 percent of their professional time serving as the physicians-of-record for inpatients, during which time they accept "hand-offs" of hospitalized patients from primary care providers, returning the patients back to the care of their primary care providers at the time of hospital discharge.

Hospital medicine is the discipline concerned with the general medical care of hospitalized patients. Doctors whose primary professional focus is hospital medicine are called hospitalists. The term hospitalist was first used by Dr. Robert Wachter in an article written in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1996.[1] Hospitalist activities may include patient care, teaching, research, and leadership related to hospital care. Hospital medicine, like emergency medicine, is a specialty organized around a site of care (the hospital), rather than an organ (like cardiology), a disease (like oncology), or a patient’s age (like pediatrics). However, unlike medical specialists in the emergency department or critical care units, most hospitalists help manage patients throughout the continuum of hospital care, often seeing patients in the ER, admitting them to inpatient wards, following them as necessary into the critical care unit, and organizing post-acute care.

We provide top-quality service to all our stakeholders

 oz_healthplans.jpg  oz_healthcare_sys.jpg primarycare patients_families

Since we began in 2000, we consistently proven that we are among the very best at what we do.

ICS provides superior quality Hospitalist services that meet the needs of all our stakeholders - all of the various groups who represent our market.

We only employ full-time physicians who are 100% dedicated to Hospitalist medicine and are not distracted by any office based responsibilities. This allows us to create alliances with primary care physicians and develop a mutually beneficial relationship with them.

We strengthen this relationship by grouping physicians at our operational sites so that they may develop strong, positive relationships with the staff physicians, PCP's and other medical and administrative professionals at those sites.

Our employment structure is specifically designed to streamline and standardize the quality and reliability of services and gives ICS strong market identity.

We handle all of the needed services, with the best personnel available, to provide the safest, most cost-effective and ethical inpatient experiences possible.

Letter from the CMO
President: Hina Sharma, M.D.
Dr. Sharma has shared her expertise in the many facets of providing healthcare, including Chief Medical Officer of her own company. Dr. Sharma was born in India and raised in the United States and has always felt compelled to share her experiences both as a physician and humanitarian in India. Of course, the Tsunami has provided her both the impetus to act now and the collective conscience of others to take on the daunting task of reconstruction and deal with the many social issues that poverty now, as in the past, presents. She strongly believes in working in partnership with existing organizations to build long-term programs that help to break through the prison of poverty.

INPT DD Posts to Consider
"INPT has had 53,000 patients in the last 5 years. They are processing about 2000 patients per month now. There are over 50 doctors in our hospitalist from Miami, FL to Boynton Beach, FL. They are planning to expand that.

When I entered the offices yesterday there were 4 people there working. Overhead is very low. 3 of the people asked not to be on camera. They were making copies and such. Ozzie wasn't there and neither was Hina, they are both in Africa on a volunteer mission. I think that says a lot about the management.

I am now an investor."
"2 years ago they had 50 doctors working for them in 35 hospitals. They were expanding at a nice pace. My estimate is ~$12M revenue if they have not managed to grow in 2 years. I believe they have continued to expand but I can not confirm that at this point in time. I think saying undervalued is even a gross understatement!"
