Gotcha. Sure looks like they are going to do something soon. The negative here to me is the obvious split that is coming, and the fact they use Big Apple. Still could work out post split with the extreme low price of the shares, especially if they put something in the shell that actually has value. The $90k purchase in Dec says they might.

Well Ken I wouldn't say right before the merger like he knew what was going to happen. These docs below show he increased the shares on 28 APR 08 from 10,000,000 to 20,000,000. Now that was when the case was still in court and he was fighting NUBV. So lets not mislead anyone by your post and make them think steve was up to something back then or like he knew the case was going to end the way it did and XND techs be merged back into NUBV that is a little hard to believe from my foxhole!!! IMO

I just discovered an Update to XND yet a 2nd amend on the 23rd of JUNE 08 he increased his A/S by another 2 million shares I think this plainly say that the merger was strickly a stock exchange merger IMO

I talk to Gert daily.I had mentioned before he is a personal friend.I am glad to hear you feel the same way about Dan as we do.Gert was told by dan that after he put down the initial 35k for the shell that they would do a 504 to help raise money for the company.They not only took his money without a lawyer for Gert,by the way he comes from Holland and thought everyone here was as honest as where he comes from.Sadly he has learned that we are not all good guys.They kept his money and did nothing to help him to obtain the necessary financing to complete the deal.
Azteq U.S.A happens to be a very good company and shareholders would have done very well owning stock in this company,but unfortunately,it never came about and now they are keeping his money.Really a classy crew.They deserve whatever they get in life.

Either way, SMMW, now XMDC bought the assets of BPMT some time ago, BPMT is a shell, or it's not, but the assets now owned by XMDC, have nothing to do with this symbol. Actually, there does not seem to be anything at the moment that has to do with this symbol.

I'm not, that I can find anyway. I have all the public info available in the ibox, that I can find. The website leads to AzTeqUSA, the last BPMT PR has Gert listed, with the ocsolar website, a search of azteq gives the biopharmetics website, pinksheets still has Paul L listed, whois for azteq lists Gert, the whois for bio lists Paul.

Nothing shows Dan anywhere, that I've found, I don't doubt that is what is in play, or could be the case, I just find nothing to support it, so it's not in the ibox.

All public info I can find, concerning BPMT is in the ibox, if you have something I don't, feel free to post it, I'll check it out and add it if applicable.

I think you are being misinformed and anything to do with Gert has nothing to do with Bio-Paharmetics,inc.
Dan Burgess bought Bio thinking he was selling the shell to Gert Chalay unfortunately Dan did not keep his end of the deal in creating a 504 to raise money and the deal was not able to be completed.Azteq and ocsolarpower is Gerts companies and really should be removed from your IBOX.If you check the names on the shell you will see he is not paert of BPMT
