I talk to Gert daily.I had mentioned before he is a personal friend.I am glad to hear you feel the same way about Dan as we do.Gert was told by dan that after he put down the initial 35k for the shell that they would do a 504 to help raise money for the company.They not only took his money without a lawyer for Gert,by the way he comes from Holland and thought everyone here was as honest as where he comes from.Sadly he has learned that we are not all good guys.They kept his money and did nothing to help him to obtain the necessary financing to complete the deal.
Azteq U.S.A happens to be a very good company and shareholders would have done very well owning stock in this company,but unfortunately,it never came about and now they are keeping his money.Really a classy crew.They deserve whatever they get in life.
