You are 100% correct there is not supposed to be revenue for a biotech before they have an FDA approved drug. The problem here I saw in the 10k is the constant never ending debt conversions weighing on the stock price. You need that to go away...like trying to drink the ocean through a straw. Need better funding deal in place to stop the endless waves of dilution imho.

90% of all start up companies biotech or not reports -O- income. Why would they have a revenue stream with no product? Once they have a marketable FDA approved product then they can attract big pharma to buy them out! I never heard of any start-up penny stock company making millions of dollars in revenue with no product! There will be a drastic change in PPS this July as FDA response is expected to come any day now that will initiate clinical trials on humans.

Net Losses were $504,734 for the same quarter ending 2012 .The increase in Net Loss of approximately 86% is primarily attributable to increases in expenses attributable to General and Administrative Expenses and Interest Expense Attributable to Amortization of Discount offset by decreases in Interest Expense incurred which was not attributable to Amortization of Discount, and Consulting Expenses. The Company also did not recognize any losses applicable to Equity in Losses of Subsidiary during the quarter ended March 31, 2013 due to reclassification of 10,000,000 common shares of Entest Biomedical Inc owned by the Company as Available for Sale Securities as a result of Company’s ownership of Entest Biomedical Inc falling to below 20% during the three months ended June 30, 2012. The Company recognized $343,749 of losses applicable to Equity in Losses of Subsidiary during the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Revenues were -0- for the six months ending March 31, 2013 and -0- for the same period ending 2012. Net Losses were $1,538,154 for the six months ended March 31, 2013. Net Losses were $718,407 for the same period ending 2012 . FACT: T-Trades are just aftermarket settlements from transactions during the day. It's the MM's balancing their books.

FACT: If there is a large run up during the day, it's not uncommon to have a large settlement afterhours at a lower price than closing since that would be around where a lot of shares were accumulated (sold/bought).

FACT: BMSN DILUTION IS OVER. PARTIES THAT GOT DILUTED SHARES ARE TRADING THEM FREELY IN THE MARKET AND HAVE BEEN ABSORBED.

I've been in this stock for months and my patience is running thin. Hopefully someday soon we actually get some good news and we all make money......but I'm not holding my breath. My mistake was buying back too soon after flipping at .0140 as my average is .0082. There's too many scenarios available to lose on this stock to make me happy.
