FACT: T-Trades are just aftermarket settlements from transactions during the day. It's the MM's balancing their books.
FACT: If there is a large run up during the day, it's not uncommon to have a large settlement afterhours at a lower price than closing since that would be around where a lot of shares were accumulated (sold/bought).
FACT: BMSN DILUTION IS OVER. PARTIES THAT GOT DILUTED SHARES ARE TRADING THEM FREELY IN THE MARKET AND HAVE BEEN ABSORBED.
