Who are we?
We are a seasoned and professional management team that includes attorneys, accountants, stock brokers, investment

bankers, corporate advisors, and consultants. We are experienced real estate and investment professionals that also incorporate some of the best minds in marketing, data management, website development, direct mail, social media and commercial television, video and infomercial production management.
We can analyze your current situation quickly and find immediate remedies to your problems.
What do we do?
Commercial Real Estate
We purchase and manage rental real estate properties in the Greater Tampa Bay, Florida area. These properties are typically mobile home parks and apartment buildings. Our expansion plans are statewide, regional and national. We seek opportunities in the $20,000 to $40,000 per rental space price range for an affordable housing program to house the tenants of our nonprofit associates.
What is unique or interesting about us?
Property cash flow can exceed 20% of normal because we have an unlimited supply of tenants that are waiting for housing. In many cases, the tenants are subsidized by various government and private programs. The rental in
come is usually guaranteed by the nonpro
fit service provider, which reduces our risk of economic loss.
Where do we get these tenants?
We coordinate with nonprofit organizations that represent disadvantaged populations. They include elderly people that need assistance, but who do not yet require a full assisted living facility. We also offer housing programs for health related tenants such as HIV and AIDS patients that require specific care. We offer housing for veterans, drug and alcohol rehab participants and the stable duel diagnosed/bi-polar disordered. We also have specific programs and properties for ex offenders that are being released from incarceration.
We are building a $50 million portfolio that we intend to combine with a REIT or take public.
Consulting Services
We offer a full range of services to the nonprofit community. This is especially true in today's economy and we can assist in providing better marketing, operations, cash flow development and management. Donor and constituent marketing through the use of new digital technology and media is a cornerstone of our operational success.
Some of the areas in which we focus are;
- Organization Development and Human Resource
- Strategic Planning and Restructuring
- Board Development and Governance
- Fund Development
Financial Services
We incorporate the full range of investment banking services that would normally be found in the for profit world. Mergers and acquisition strategies are second nature, as are the means to address debt and equity financing. We can offer partnership or joint venture structures where appropriate. Because we possess the same skills as any boutique investment banking group, we are fully capable of working with for profit, public and private firms also. Our experience in the public markets allow us to be particularly helpful for the private companies that may be seeking a public trading vehicle as a means to address long term capital needs or divestiture.
