i think the new investors will end up with a controlling interest whether they want it or not...dont yet know if that is truly what they want...but it sure could be...

i just meant someone with money (one or more of the new investors) could buy up to 45 mil shares without having to file...

and the 30 mil share day peaked the interest of some daytraders...they looked and saw that onev has had increased trading for a couple weeks....they became more interested and hopefully will stick around to monitor...

this would a good time for some news...these guys will alert all the other daytraders if onev pops a bit...and then off we go

Well we know that the new investors
are not buying up the stock right now..unless they are doing it individually..They would have to report anything over 5% ownership I believe..So that would take a fairly large group of individuals to get control of the company..I would agree that they could and probably did say this is what we will pay to the current financiers..so keep it down..That makes complete sense with the trading we have seen lately..It states in the filing that the convertible debt can be bought out..I don't believe I read that any restrictions are put upon either party for that kind of a deal..I do believe that the financiers want to lock up those shares once they have them at a premium to the current pps..What that pps would be or the length of the lock up is the big question..I would guess a minimum of 6 months and more likely a year for the period..The other question would be..are they waiting for a certain number to go into the OS or are they waiting for almost all to go in..I do know they can't breach the A/S..I was told one time they can't even get real close without a deal in place or asking for more shares..In the latter they have to give the shareholder's a period of time for the proxies to be sent out and returned and hold the meetings..Dean said no A/S increase and I believe that statement...veno

i was wondering when you'd get around to this veno...
the fact is when trades have increased suddenly and have stayed there for a period of time and you have days of extra high volume, (for that particular stock) the pps should not be as stable as it is...it should be making a fairly dramatic move up or down..unless their is a concerted effort to keep it steady...

and no, for the weak minds, i do not consider the percentages to be significant...if this was all selling for the sake of everyone bailing, we would have been sub sub penny a while back...if this was everyone buying in we be at 3 cents right now...

fact is, people are not bailing and people are not buying...sure maybe 10 or 12 mil but there has to have been over a hundred million shares traded in the last few weeks...who bought the rest?..
so what is going on?...could be just what veno says...a handful of investors with enough clout to get done what they want to get done....they want to buy up tons of shares and dont want to pay more than they have too...
at least thats one sceanrio...cant think of another thats viable...

1 month before the investors cut us a check..Although your end of the quarter guess makes more sense filing wise. However..I do believe we will hear about them within this month..

4 months before the mid OEM launches with Onev..Licensing fee before that..

2 months before Telmex writes us a check for smb..(Upfront licensing payment.)

4 months before MTNL starts paying us...

4 months before Tracfone begins paying...

6 months before the 411 provider starts paying

Some of the things in the pipeline that we are unaware of now are 2 months or less out and will provide revenue within 4 months or less..Since this is the first of August..I am counting it as the 1st month..This should be fun..Anyone else want to guess??? veno

Well if they buy up the remaining
warrants from the financiers and get as many of the remaining 300 million shares locked up that they can..It is not a leap to see that when they come on board..they could start buying up the OS on the open market at a regular intervals through further filings and be the controlling interest fairly quick.. They may not buy the company but they sure might already own the lion's share by this time next year..Can you imagine them buying shares at intervals and what that would do for the pps?? Like I said these guys are very smart..and this is going to be huge...veno

to grow the company..Dilution stops..The new investors get millions of cheap shares..They already know the where..when and how much of the companies Onev is working with..They know other contacts that can help grow the company..Your nickle improved a bunch IMO..and that is without Telmex..I agree 100% that most won't know what has happened until it does..These guys coming on are real smart..They are going to make a ton on a fairly cheap investment..They are not going after our shares as some have posted..They will at some point probably own mine for much more than they are worth now..How much do you want to bet that they will own this company down the road...veno

i dont know if people realize just how significant it is for the new investors to buy out the toxics....that is huge...as big as telmex to the pps...no more toxics selling into news...people buying in will move the pps upwards instead of the pps going down or remaining stagnant...
positive news with buying moving the pps up...what a concept...and it can finally happen once the investors come on board......

do the new investors expect a payday?..to profit?..of course..and they will...but if its structured the way it sounds, they will benefit with onev profits..not sucking the life out of the stock the way the toxics were...

the only bad thing is, nothing has happened....yet.....still no telmex, still no mtnl and they are going to take some time yet..much more than the 2 weeks people think they heard for telmex....sounds like they are still going back and forth..proposal and counter proposal...i heard nothing that indicated anything was imminent...

for me, the cc was good and bad....i didnt get my nickel...that was bad....but im now convinced i will get much more...

i would say a nickel in 3 months if things progress as usual and .20 in 8 months.......

on the other hand, onev is poised to make a complete turn around...the dynamics have changed...or rather, according to the cc, will soon change....the slow way that onev has plodded along should speed up...significantly if all goes as planned...

some think that the investors will be toxics in sheeps clothing...that they will steal the company away with some sort of foolish r/s or some such nonsense...i doubt it....i have had issues with dean, but stupid hes not...i doubt that after going this far and having to deal with what hes had to deal with that at this late date and on the cusp of his company breaking out hes suddenly going to throw it all away...

now i have no doubt that the investors are going to end up with a fairly sweet deal...as far as im concerned they deserve it if they come thru with what dean has said they will provide...

Depends on what Telmex offered..
If they came back with an upfront payment and revenue share deal..I believe that Onev would want some kind of guaranteed minimum..Even after the deal is signed..and knowing Mexico..there would be the continued set up an advertising before product launch in every part of Mexico..That in my opinion and what we witnessed with Telnor would be a lengthy process..Telmex through Telnor has been using Iris for quite some time now..It has all taken time for Telmex to get Iris out because they kept changing the deal..I don't agree that Dean should rollover and take what he can get..He needs to be professional and get everything he can for all of the delays they have encountered and how much they have already used the tech..I have no idea what was said in last weeks meeting..Could be they have come to a consensus and are just working through the when and how much part..We shall see..As far as asking Dean for nickle..I think he believes you can get much more for what they have coming...veno

You are correct..
However..since the CC is after trading..he can say just about anything he wants as long as it is followed up by a pr or filing after the call..I have a feeling this one will contain much more information than the ones in the past..Hopefully the process is far enough along with Telmex now that Telmex will let him discuss in detail what is happening or has happened..He should be able to say they have agreed to launch MV to all of Mexico with details included..Like I have said before..I don't know that he can give specific terms to any contracts until they are signed..They were in Mexico to listen to Telmex's offer last week..I believe that Onev was prepared with a counter if needed..I don't know how much he can talk about that..I would suspect that we will hear that MTNL is moving along and nothing more..Maybe something about Tracfone and time frame..I have no idea what is holding up the news on the new investors..that will have to be addressed..More on the 411 carrier and hopefully who they are..I believe that will prove to be in a country not South of us or in the U.S..I also believe he has to get more specific about the MID OEM and Intel before the next show..The last time I talked with him he said they were working on other projects that will produce revenue in the shorter term.. I have no idea what that is..but it could be the MIDs and licensing contracts before they launch..All in all..absent a pr or 8K filing coming either right before or right after the CC..what can he say?? im actually hoping that the telmex deal has already been signed and they will be able to tell us exactly what kind of revenue we can expect and when...that is the big moneymaker for us right now...if that isnt in hand, id rather wait on a cc...i should think onev would too...unless theres multiple good news thats ready for dissemination...(in other words, deals done and completed)..

I agree that the MIDs will produce more
revenue than some believe..I do know that Onev is working with more than one MID OEM and agree that licensing the product is the way to go..That lets the OEM do all the advertising and Onev gets paid for very little outlay of expense..Usually with a licensing fee there is an upfront payment then either a percentage of sales or like you say per MID sale..Some have forgotten the Harry Potter DVD's..If I remember right..Onev received around 200K upfront and 50K per movie there after..Overall..I think they ended up with over 300K. I think they also made around 50K for the Scoobie DVD..I do believe that in the long run the MID deals will produce much much more..As far as Telmex news goes..If they completed the deal this last week..I still don't know what can be said until the contracts are drawn up and signed..Hopefully they can say that Telmex has agreed to the deal and give us a little insight on revenue..I do know that Onev is negotiating for an upfront payment and a minimum monthly payment over an extended period of time..I also know and have been told that the 411 deal with the national provider will also provide significant revenue..but like MTNL that could still take some time to get going to the point to where the revenue actually starts helping..Dean did say they are working on shorter term revenue producers that we know nothing about..so you could get your wish about at least two other things being mentioned..Like you..there are many that didn't want a CC without news in hand..Hopefully..they will have the private investors on board this coming week and more can be said about them..We shall see..The pps will always depend on who says what and how much revenue is involved..I agree with your assessment that after all is known and revenue kicks in..a continued upward trend to the pps will happen..IMO..if everything happens as stated..I still believe that .50 will be a low estimate for the pps...veno

I think you "gotthemojo" on your last post..excepting the impact on PPS should several PRs announcing multiple MID OEMs bundling ONEV VR are released in relatively rapid succession..
Remember Intel is apparently encouraging it's hundreds of partners to option voice and the first MIDs begin hitting the market in 08(only 5 months left)...
Of course there are a few other reasonable PPS best case scenarios that come to mind ,however the forementioned is sufficient speculation for the moment...

but still it will be a giant step for this company..but we wont be walking on the moon...

mtnl launching will be a good thing, but 3 months of free service just puts a real damper on that news...and after 3 months, we wont know for some time just how well mv has been accepted and how much money we will make...
so, its good..its very good...its just not gonna have the impact on the pps that i would like to have seen...at least not for a while....and as we know, potential has not been reflected in the pps for some time...that should change eventually...but not yet...

we will have a license deal with the mid oem...what i like about that is, we will get paid with each mid sale made..it doesnt matter if people who buy a mid know about vr or want it...or even if they never use it..we still get paid..
we can end up being a must have or a bell/whistle..i dont care as long as we get paid...
get a couple more oem's to get on board and shazaam...nobody seems to think the mid stuff is much...i think it could be a huge money maker and worth its weight in gold when it comes to getting the onev name out in public..
again, news of a launch with an oem will be fantastic...it just wont affect the pps as much until it is known what the deal ends up being worth in dollars...

i hope the telmex deal is bigger than i think..ditto with mtnl and the oems, etc...i hope we hit a buck...but i think .05 is more realistic...and if we can hold around there we should start to creep up as onev begins raking in the dough and it shows up in the filings...

news first..Although..I don't really care which order they arrive..Dean and Jacobo were in Mexico City yesterday to see what Telmex's counter to their proposal in licensing was..I believe they wanted to get it all completed this week..If they agreed on a figure yesterday or today..Contract signings would be next up..When Onev can pr the event during this process is unknown..As far as MTNL..I do think that Dean said that they would offer the free trial right after the external tests are complete..I know he said they would pr that item of news when it happened and that MTNL's website would offer info about it then also..I am hoping that all of the news items that are coming..hit one right after the other...veno
