New SA piece that I think, while not perfect, is a pretty fair description of the current status of the company - notes a "bright future, but poor financials", especially considering that the ISUN financials weren't available. You may choose to agree or disagree, but there's a lot more to it than the P @ D comments you hear on the Lion or other sites, at least IMO.

thanks Lucky I never saw that site before.
The high was the 26th at 32.24 and did close up a little on that day. It has been dropping since.
I thought maybe profit takers vol had been up. Maybe they are looking at vol to figure there is shorting as price dropped. Will be interesting to see where this opens Friday AM

Well FINRA shows none but then they just started shorting it today.


Someone at the lion said that isun will be over 150.00 in the afterhours trading.

They say that it is the same group of hedger's that shorted GameStop and others yesterday.

Warrants are pretty much like options, except you're dealing with the company instead of another investor. Two warrants needed to buy one share. The math is easy for the most part.
2x 5.09 (current warrant price) + 11.50 = 21.58 exercise price and the current share price is 21.69 or .11 more.
Note: there may be a transaction fee or other costs involved.

You can trade warrants just like you can trade options, don't have to hold or exercise them

Definitely buying. I'm also noticing the warrants and I am interested in that too. But I'm not sure what the terms are and how that gets converted to stock. Anybody got info on that or some links for how to do it? Never bought warrants before.

i would call this consolidation but it isnt. I think that the reason our mkt cap is so low in comparison with a BLNK is folks dont believe they have the corp visions to be anything but a local comapany...im betting they are wrong..

Doesn’t look at previous high, isun went from $32 to almost $24 in a very rapid time frame, that is why it halted. Many SPACs did the same thing at the same time.

Had the same problem yesterday with the stock when it came on. Just the one column in TD's Think & Swim (net change) that show N/A, all the rest, last, bid, ask, volume, etc. show, and order entry will let you execute a trade if you want. TD rep was at a loss to explain the N/A, but doesn't impact trading - at least it doesn't for me.
Better question, at least for me is what he told me about the warrant expiration date - see my post from yesterday. I left a call for John Sullivan, but may not hear back until Monday - he's out of the office today.

today can not trade at Schwab I wanted to place my $10 order. Maybe latter when transfr agent makes the traansfer
