Warrants are pretty much like options, except you're dealing with the company instead of another investor. Two warrants needed to buy one share. The math is easy for the most part.
2x 5.09 (current warrant price) + 11.50 = 21.58 exercise price and the current share price is 21.69 or .11 more.
Note: there may be a transaction fee or other costs involved.

You can trade warrants just like you can trade options, don't have to hold or exercise them
