Been on the up and up. Lots more room to grow I think. May jump in this with a good chunk of change. What do you think?
Love the EFA index fund. The dollar is at a low which is embarrassing, considering its a world standard currency.
I got out on 11/18. Looking for a 12/15% drop and jump back in.
The charts for the last four months are showing a pattern.

Never mind.

EFA is the best performing index fund (longterm) in the Thrift Savings Program (TSP).
Millions of Federal employees are participants.

EFA is now trading below its 55-day MA again. Back to sell the rally mode for EFA and buy the dip in EFU #board-12261
DPK is wrong symbol; correct one is EFU.
Next short-term target is the lower Bollinger Band for EFA. It got wacked today...
If you are super bullish on EFA, then short DPK. DPK is the 3x bear ETF fund for EAFE!
18-day price SMA providing good support for EFA. FWIW, plan to exit long when the Parabolic SAR goes short on the daily chart in the iBox.
Very telling interview--explains why EFA will be a good investment...http://www.europac.net/Schiff-Bloomberg-10-28-08_lg.asp
This baby is on the verge of significant break of the intermediate-term down trend line. You still follow it? If so, what's your tea leaves say? TIA
Looks like a nice W bottom pattern starting to form on the daily price chart. Also, starting to break out of the pitchfork downtrend lines...
Believe there's a significant opportunity this week with EFA, albeit with significant risk.
I'm betting a triple bottom pattern is unfolding. The negative volume trend isn't confirming the price trend and there are tons of positive divergences between the price trend and price/volume indicators as I've annotated on the below chart.
I'm not of the camp we fall out of bed unless all hell breaks loose in the Middle East. Otherwise, I'm seeing significant opportunity to pick up on some of the best firms outside of the US. If you are underweight the EFA, time to get on board (I hope).
EFA's next short-term target is upperchannel line around price resistance @ 76.06. See daily charts in iBox.
EFA in short-term buy mode with today's close. Signal will be confirmed with a break of the downtrend line on the daily charts in the iBox.
Next target is 68 with the lower break of the triangle today.
Thanks for starting this board...
I follow EFA as well because it's my only non US equity play for my Government retirement plan called the Thrift Savings Plan. Right now, I'm negative on EFA as it appears EFA is going to test its recent swing lows as it bounced off the 21-day resistance MA inside the daily Bollinger Bands.
