As for 325M this year... Yes definitely IMO.

Preliminary revenue put the last two months at 27M. So figure Apr thru Dec would be 27M x 9 months = 243M add Q1's reported 51.4M and that's already 294.4M this year.

Then consider Lynk Telecom should add 20M a year. Contributing 6 months this year if it closes July 1st and that's another 10M putting them on track for 304.4M before any additional growth.

Organic growth was already exploding with Q1 showing 108% YOY growth before these acquisitions. Now adding 2 additional companies to cross sell with and the growth should only increase throughout the rest of the year so no way they're only gonna do 304M. I say 325M is actually a very conservative guess.

The CEO consistantly under promises and over delivers on revenue every year. 2023 they beat their initial forecast by 38%

Truth is you all like to listen to the boilers and people who have only been here a year or two and think this is an amazing opportunity in reality look at the financials and read them very carefully!! Better yet focus on one key financial that tells you if managment is worth a dam and the stock is as well which is net margins or net profit!! Remember leotard promised you all he would be net income positive from q3 last year on out which was past pathetic!! They hardly banked anything off q3 like 20k off 50 million in revenue and another 40k off like 50 million q4 !! Once again pathetic is the best way to describe the margins and company!! You honestly think revenue going up matters one dam bit when every institution or real investor only focuses on net margins nothing else!! Oh that’s right they can’t give shares away at this point and besides that on little pop for 6 days about 2 and half months ago this stock has done nothing but go down for 3 and half years now!! Well, regardless of the Revenue amounts, it's companies that generate revenue, even though there are costs involved as well, that tend to do better than those that don't generate revenue at all. Those that support the company will eventually be greatly rewarded.

Just fyi guys!! Lets say adi did excessive the deal that doesn’t mean the share price will go up it actually means the opposite!! With Apollo they controlled the share price and shorted the stock from $1.04 a share to .08 a share in about 14 months!! It’s a lot easier to bring a stock down and only having a couple million in ammo each month to buy shares or short shares which way do you think will be more effective and less risk? Shorting the stock is what Adi will do just as Apollo did!! Don’t get it twisted history will repeat itself just like the deal will get modified and they will buy more shares watch!! Imindog The point of departure appears to be that the acquisition was fully priced if the acquired company had stagnant net earnings since a p/e ratio of 10 is fully priced on that assumption. What may change this a bit is if the acquisition will lead to better profits for IQST, which seems to be the assumption.

Looks like the market has figured out subsequent to the formal registering of the eligibility of ADI to resale shares of its option and the immediate issuance of two million shares that ADI has indeed exercised the Q1 expensed option and that IQST now has the funds needed to close the Lynk telecom transaction before July 1st. This is a big deal if Lynk is and continues to be net income positive
