You can twist the numbers anyway you want so that anybody that has less than a 6th grade education thinks they are doing great when in all reality is a company is not making money they are not worth a crap. First off the option with Apollo was 9/22 not 2021. Second off the deal was exactly like this deal with IDA except Originally it was only 4.8 million shares with Apollo vs the 10 million shares to IDA. The 4.8 million for Apollo was amended on 7/12/23 to 15 million shares, and then on 8/25/23 they raised it to 48 million shares. At least myself, the dog and a few others are being truthful in how IQST operates rather than just throwing BS numbers out there and hoping peeps think it is the best thing since sliced bread.

We issued a one year Common Stock Purchase Option with a grant date of April 25, 2022 to Apollo Management Group, Inc. for the right to acquire up to 4,800,000 at an exercise price of $2.00 per share.

This prospectus relates to the resale by the selling stockholder of up to 15,000,000 shares of our common stock issuable upon the exercise of a one year option dated April 5, 2022, which has a fixed exercise price of $2.00 per share. We have already registered the original 4,800,000 shares of common stock under the option

So once again you are steering shareholders in the wrong direction. If it would not have been for that little bump the end of March for them to dump another million shares into the market this would have already been down in the .14-.15 range so they could exercise the option. Why do you think they have not done it yet? and please do not tell me they do not need the money, If that was the case none of this would have ever been an issue.
Once again history will repeat itself, They will screw their shareholders again, and it will drop to their buy in price. I just hope when they manipulate the run after they buy the option and the public offering that peeps get out with a profit this time.

Nobody is fooled by the Revenue Per Share nonsense, it's the crutch of the unprofitable. Even the rosiest eyed bulls know this hence the low volume and poor SP performance. EPS and NET assets are the indicators used by "investors", OTC is the land of the highly speculative traders not long term holders unless you enjoy watching your money evaporate before your very eyes.
