Well, yeah. That is exactly what I've been saying. According to the Wiltshire Smyth press releases, IMusic Worldwide is a PRIVATE company. Wiltshire Smyth is saying that it owns ALL of the stock of IMusic Worldwide.
ticker IMWL stands for IMusicWorLdwide; hence their webside www.imusicww.com
But isn't it odd that there's no mention of the IMWL ticker in the Investor Relations section of the IMusic Worldwide website?
-lots of tickers arnt on their company's website, so no this doesnt surprise me at all
I'd be perfectly happy to be wrong on this, but I don't think I am.
Its time to get happy
It would not be the first time a dead ticker continued to trade.
ofcourse it wouldnt
Doll Technology (DTGP) was one example of a zombie that made a nice run a couple of years ago, but the SEC revoked it eventually.
your point? this isnt DTGP
Here is a post that you could re-read; that actually has some facts rather than assumptions and or what people might mean when they say one thing.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64562962
Yeah, I saw that -- and it is inconsistent with "wholly owned." That's why I've left open the possibility that maybe WS doesn't know what "wholly owned" means. But it doesn't mean that those shares are trading as IMWL. You'll probably need to contact WS to ask that question, but it seems like you're afraid of what you'll find.
funny, that Wiltshire was giving out shares of IMWL last year as a dividend for owning another stock. I guess they took them all back??? lol.
Do some research.
Well, yeah. That is exactly what I've been saying. According to the Wiltshire Smyth press releases, IMusic Worldwide is a PRIVATE company. Wiltshire Smyth is saying that it owns ALL of the stock of IMusic Worldwide.
I've said all along that it's possible that the press release writers at Wiltshire Smyth don't know what "wholly owned" means, even though they say it in every press release. But isn't it odd that there's no mention of the IMWL ticker in the Investor Relations section of the IMusic Worldwide website?

DENYING THE INEVITABLE IS JUST PLAIN INSANE, AND IGNORING WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH IMWLs CHART IS JUST PLAIN IRRESPONSIBLE.
THEREs CHANGES MADE ON THE IMUSICWW.COM WEBSITE, DIRECTLY AFFILIATED WITH THE COMPANY, WHAT YOU DONT THINK IT IS? THATS LIKE SAYING LULULEMON.COM ISNT ASSOCIATED WITH LULU OR NIKE.COM ISNT ASSOCIATED WITH NIKE, AND TRYING TO PUT TOGETHER THINGS THAT ARE CIRCUMSTANTIAL AND IRRELAVENT AND MAKING IT SOUND LIKE ITS NOT. THAT IS INSANE. THERES BEEN CHANGES DETECTED ON THAT WEBSITE ALMOST EVERYDAY..IS THAT A ZOMBIE AT WORK? THE GIGs UP BUDDY. I DARE YA TO SAY IMUSICWW.COM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IMWL. LOL I DARE YA
haha...i'm not worried about him. I am working on some very VERY solid DD that will blow this "zombie" off the charts!!! I'll hold off until the facts can't be twisted even by Johnnie Cochran's dream team.
Load them up now...
Show me the disinformation.
If you have more than $5.00 invested in IMWL, why don't you spend a few minutes and maybe the cost of a phone call to contact Wiltshire Smyth and get some facts to contradict what I've posted? Go ahead - I dare ya.
You are correct about my having clicked on a button. But I'm guessing you don't much like being wrong about some of the other things.
yea yea, save it, I didnt ask to be assistant mod, actually, I was nice enough to accept it, I dont like moderating boards that I feel one way more than the other about a stock, maybe you should check yourself on that buddy.
I love IMWL and in my opinion IMWL will blow up very soon, even facing a campaign of disinformation.
Not my order, but it might make a good trade at .0002.
That's a pretty sizable order at .0002. I wonder if someone on this board is intentionally creating doubt in hopes of getting in really cheap.
What does that prove?
I'll tell you. Sure, the most recent company name of IMWL was IMusic Worldwide. BUT THE COMPANY THAT HAS THAT WEBSITE IS "WHOLLY OWNED" BY WILTSHIRE SMYTH (unless they keep making the same stupid error in their press releases). That means that there are no shares that are trading publicly.
Show me how the IMWL ticker is connected to the company with the website, other than by having the same name. As I've said, I think what happened is that the company that USED TO trade publicly as IMWL was acquired, and is now a private subsidiary of Wiltshire Smyth. But no one bothered to stop the ticker from trading.
OTC Markets only updates its company pages based on information provided to it by the companies. In this case, if I'm correct, there is nobody home at the ticker IMWL to file anything with OTC Markets. (There may or may not be anyone home at the company IMusic Worldwide, but that doesn't matter to us if it is not a public company.)
Here you go your honor.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/imwl/quote
Any more FACTS for us?
I doubt the reputable company that manages the OTC stocks would publish IMWL ticker associated with Imusic Worldwide if it wasn't the freaking name of the company.
OK, let's get the ground rules straight here. As long as I'm the moderator, I will keep stating what I believe to be the FACTS. I think I was very cordial to both of you guys by making you Assistant Moderators (a privilege which I am now terminating) and allowing you to pump what I believe is a worthless ticker. I am a lawyer and I have explained in detail why I believe that the IMWL ticker has nothing whatsoever to do with the company called IMusic Worldwide, about which I express no opinion other than to point out that it is supposedly a WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of that Cayman Islands company -- which did not return my email inquiring about IMWL. I have invited both of you to do some REAL due diligence and not that nonsense that passes for "DD" on IHub. Call the Caymans and ask Wiltshire Smyth whether the IMWL ticker has anything to do with their IMusic Worldwide subsidiary. Oh wait, I forgot -- you don't really care whether there are any assets here. You just want people to buy IMWL so you can sell your worthless stock.
So, bottom line, you guys can play by the rules or you can go find another board on which to pump your zombie ticker.
I am not the smartest guy in the world, but I do understand how to use the google search tool. Let me help you a little to get you started. Just cut and paste the search query below into a google search and you'll get started on your quest for knowledge and answers. Sounds like you are making a lot of assumptions about this zombie ticker idea. Instead of questioning my DD, how about doing a little of your own first. Can you send me a link to your source of info??? No????..i didn't think so.
GOOGLE search: winick imwl site:investorshub.advfn.com
CHANGES DETECTED ON WWW.IMUSICWW.COM, NOT A ZOMBIE!!
I dont believe it s a zombie ticker at all.
Ive made money off of this "zombie ticker" whether you wanna call that "zombie" money or whatever else, Its good enough for me. This doesnt have much in the float left, thats why it trades 100% higher on little to no volume. There has been changes detected on the main website www.imusicww.com
So please man, if you dont like the stock, scram and stop pissing me off
I missed all the chatter about Winick -- it was before I started paying any attention to this ticker. Can you give me a very quick summary or link to his supposed involvement with IMWL?
One thing that is clear is that IMWL has traded something like $2,000 worth of stock, total, in the past month. On the one hand, obviously that means there is not much interest; on the other hand, a little bit of buying could probably make it run up. But if it really is a zombie ticker, as I believe it is, there won't be any news released to trigger a runup.
Please note again that what I call a "zombie ticker" is not the same thing as a shell. A shell is a company with no operating business, that continues to trade. It may have assets in addition to the value of its stock as a public trading vehicle. A zombie ticker, on the other hand, is the walking dead. There is no company associated with the ticker symbol anymore -- no assets -- nothing. In this case, it appears that the company that used to trade publicly through the IMWL ticker was taken private. The ticker is completely disconnected from any person or entity and will continue to trade only until such time as the SEC gets around to suspending trading and revoking its registration.
that is AWESOME, there shouldnt be ANYthing left at .002-.003 and with whats just been confirmed, were more in control than I thought!! We OWN this, easy .005+ once we clean out these .002s, or whatever there is to clean out
I have some good news of my own to share. I am still in this for 250k, but I know of a seller who has a sell order for 700k trying to be filled for the last month at .0028. The good news is, I just convinced him to take the sell order off and let this baby run. The reason I could convince him is becasue he is my father. So hopefully that 700k order being lifted performs miracles for this. GLTA.
WOW! the only thing thats been proven is that theyre barred from trading till Sept. 2011 while having millions of shares, THE PERFECT STORM!! WERE IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT!! Its almost like the MMs and pink traders are going to trade seats for a bit here, and having traded this for a while now and seeing how it trades, it sure seems like the correct O/S number was given back in March. 100M+ THANKS ALOT LOYAL!!!! This is GREAT NEWS for this stock!! THANKS AGAIN MAN!! CANT BELIEVE THIS!!!
HUGE DD on IMWL...
Ok, so I decided to look into the accusations floating around that IMWL is part of a Sandy Winick scam. I found absolutely NO Direct evidence of this in the public domain.
There are, however, interesting circumstantial connections with IMWL and Sandy Winick that may help explain what is happening with this stock.
Try to stay with me here...
The first, and in my opinion, most pertinent (I will explain in a moment) bit of news is the connection through IMWL's TA from American Heritage Stock Transfer whose name is Mr. Kolt Curry. Mr Curry is associated with Sandy Winick as the former TA for Blackout Media. Curry, along with Winick, are barred from "trading" pending an investigation and hearing scheduled for 09 September 2011 (see ORDER below)
Second, the listed President and Secretary (Bukra Katupot, and Samai Singjan) of Imusic are the same names listed for Blackout Media.
What does it all mean?? You tell me.
Here are some rumors that I can neither confirm or deny.
Rumor 1: There was some shady trading going on before this temporary order and Sandy Winick and his TA were involved.
Rumor 2: This is just a shell company and has no connection to anyone or anything (the opinion of IMWL's current moderator) since Imusic is listed as "a wholly owned subsidiary of Wiltshire Smyth"
One thing I can attest to is (from my perspective) after watching this stock for a few months There is absolutely NO resistance trading IMWL stock right now and any volume will make this move 50-500% very easily.
--Maybe the TA and Winick were "playing games" with this stock.
--Maybe when one of the board members talked with the TA a few months ago, they did screw up and give the real (much lower) share count.
IMWL L2 and CHART
Real thin at ask, probably a couple 100K between .002 and .003 until bid support climbs with any volume
Chart looks great; it could consolidate in the .003s with any volume
SPREAD THE WORD!!
IMWL L2 at ask
1x .002 5000
1x .003 100K
1x .005 5000
1x .02 80K
zecco and other second rate brokers pose problems for alot of other tickers Ive heard about as well, Etrade or no trade..literally
It can vary by broker. Zecco just imposed fees last week and TD Ameritrade is no longer allowing opening transactions on IMWL, online or even with a live broker (I just tried, just for fun).
I wish you guys well with a momo run, but I think you're sitting with a zombie ticker that does not represent stock in a real company at this point. Has anyone ever contacted that Cayman fund to ask why the IMWL ticker doesn't appear in their press releases or on the website?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64064357
Im paying 7.99 to buy/sell any stock including IMWL; this stock moves up on nothing and that could bode very well for us, non DTC or not
IMO ofcourse
Just a heads-up, IMWL is a non-DTC security and some brokerage firms have begun charging large fees to buy or sell. Follow the thread of messages from here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64463604
$I like .05 more :)
Yea, realistically though, there are some orders between .002-.003, and if we keep it real, well make money on this..no joke, couple hundred grand in shares at average of .0025 in exchange for some .004s-.005s is a no brainer, and if youre right and there are no orders between .002-.003 then BONUS!! for us. Either way, the difference is .0005/share, so who cares?!?!
This will blast through .005 however with any kind of volume, anyone at these levels will make money, quick flippers, long flippers, anyone
This thing is crazy thin. For anyone just watching this, time to get in. There is nothing left at these levels. Wish I had fresh powder!!!!!! If that l2 is correct and there is nothing hidden. It will only take 300 bucks to move into the 4s. That's just silly.
Alright, another 5K at .002 and its gone, anyone wanna take a slam at this..that L2 looks awesome. Couple hundred K at average of .0025 between .002 and .003 tops once .002 gets taken out, then its on...There is a lot of people behind the scenes on this stock, once we get a couple hundred K in volume, it will crush .003 and move like a tornado through the subs!
omg WTF!! these mf MMs are pissing me off, CRUSH THEM WITH 100K +
best way to go about spreading the news on this is to post it on as many boards as you can, 2 boards a day, very simple..if you have PM capability, you could round some up that way as well
L2 at ask
1 x .002 69K!
1 x .003 100K
1 x .004 5000
1 x .02 80K
This volume is laughable, look at the price, look at the ask amount, MMs are just laughing at this right now. People that scared?? you make back the amount of couple hundred K worth of shares in a few days worse case scenario, and a rare case at that, this is a win win situation from down here. .002s should be GOING!!
That L2 is showing nothing really to at least a penny. Let's get this baby rolling!!
time to put away the George Washingtons and bust out the Thomas Jefferson's maybe some Benjamins, what is this 5000 at .002, fing joke, 300-400K buys should be cake at these levels!!
lets teach these MMs a lesson they will never forget, CRUSH them at .002!!
Gddamnit can we get more than 35K in volume on this pos low floater? cmon, this isnt going to float more than 2000% on 0 volume you broke a$$ shcmucks
This could easy break .005 by today! if anyone has some dry powder, not much
once those .002s get taken out, there wont be much left maybe a couple hundred K at average of .0025, were clear to .005 once we break into these .002s
thats case in point as to how easily those shares were taken up- with very low dollar value those shares were taken up, not much, thats why this ones incredibly thin to .005
If you only knew I been told to keep my mouth shut but I called this one at .0001 and keep saying tomself that was 2,000% I said look you can by the .0002 people are selling them. This baby is goign to .05 I should by $100 worth woulda been smart I do say. Instead I bought a bunch at .0013 and .002 helping the cause been waiting for this to tighten and it seems to be almost done I did not get in at .0002 but I got some .002 :) I still think I could see an amazing run here. Once this tightens it will pop !
Im tellin you, nothing down here at .002, just like there was nothing at .001-.0009 and bounced 100%, maintained it and on little to no volume... there was 69K left at .002 today, and nothing in between .002 and .003 according to L2, probably a few hundred K at average of .0025, wont take more than a couple hundred dollars to clean em up, Im kinda hoping theres a few mil so I could scoop em up when there comes some momo, every other stock Im watching are dilution machines, this ones like a money machine. Been watching this one like a hawk, not much volume, but still up here and ask still gettin hit to this day. IMWL will rock soon.
IMO ofcourse, but been right about this all along
