Well, yeah. That is exactly what I've been saying. According to the Wiltshire Smyth press releases, IMusic Worldwide is a PRIVATE company. Wiltshire Smyth is saying that it owns ALL of the stock of IMusic Worldwide.

I've said all along that it's possible that the press release writers at Wiltshire Smyth don't know what "wholly owned" means, even though they say it in every press release. But isn't it odd that there's no mention of the IMWL ticker in the Investor Relations section of the IMusic Worldwide website?

I'd be perfectly happy to be wrong on this, but I don't think I am. It would not be the first time a dead ticker continued to trade. Doll Technology (DTGP) was one example of a zombie that made a nice run a couple of years ago, but the SEC revoked it eventually.
