Don’t pay as much attention to this as I probably should, so when I got a letter from IGEN thru my broker dated 10/7/22 that said authorized shares would increase from 1.9 Billion to 2.2 billion effective 10/27/22, I looked up. That’s today. Anybody else get such a letter?

If we don’t hurry up and get to a place where we can financially support our selves with out diluting, I’m afraid the price will continue it’s down trend.

I can't imagine CEA execs were any too impressed with Chan's showing in CO. We've seen '0' results from that special invitation to attend NACO conference. #FamilyShield campaign never took off either; dealership #s improving now that DOWC, PPT (PCF Insurance, Lehi UT now) are employed.
I hope Abel has the time, wisdom and motivation to get this foundering ship turned around.

If the revenue is good I suspect they will announce it early in a PR like they did last quarter. They PR'd the net profit Aug 5 and the 10Q dropped Aug 9. The 10Q normally wouldn't of been published for another week.

Although given they dilute into ALL PRs as much as they can you don't need to hurry. Even if it is awesome they will water it down such that we stay around the same level.

I don't think we will see share increase until they bring enough revenue in to fund all their expenses. Not sure if they will ever happen because we aren't seeing the growth I expected. At one point they implied they would have 18,000 devices out in the first 6 months. Now we are looking at 4,000 for the year. I do not think the CEA deals are coming together as Chan claimed they would. No word at all about anything relating to counties in months.
