I hope he realizes he may have bit off more than he could chew when he decided to go this route (OTC); we've allowed him to get away without any direct contact with shareholders....k_w was the first to publish facts re: who has brought the contracts in...All the time and shareholder money that has been wasted with Chan attending Agent Summits, the NACO conference and others...in over one year since those were attended and zip.
The timing is very interesting that Abel was names COO, then boom! the PR that the Puerto Rico contact is finalized.
What's going on behind the scenes....
Re Mark: I haven't seen people 'bailing' from his PU, or any lack of growth there.
What were the numbers on the Patent Valuation? 16 months (at the least) since that was completed.
Shareholders have a right to know that as well as have many other questions answered.

Abel seems to be responsible for most of the sign ups the past 6 months. Wonder what Neil Chan is doing since his efforts at fund raising have failed and dilution overhang is a huge weight on stock price level.Many believers have been strong supporters of Chan who had not delivered, does not communicate with shareholders and has seen the past two independent Directors get frustrated with his performance and resign. Maybe shareholders would be better off if Chan takes the next step and step assign to let Abel and his faction run with the football.? Mark may be the decider before year end .If December or January Form 7 does not show new paper announced account relationships finally starting to generate revenues and badly needed cash Chan could be toast and be forced to take the next stop out. Might be a relief and positive for shareholders.GO Abel!!

MSG from Neil 5/26/21 when I emailed him about when we see revenue: “Thanks XXXX for your ongoing support. Most of our subscribers to-date are based on a three year revenue plan that defers each dollar over 36 months – so the revenue recognized in each quarter is a 3 month portion of the total revenue per subscriber. Our new brands Medallion for commercial fleets and FamilyShield are based on monthly residuals so most of the revenues will be recognized during the reporting periods of the sales. Eventually the deferred revenues from previous reporting periods will accumulate and be additive for future periods along with the residuals”
