These guys pass the shares back and forth to each other and wait for the dilution to come back. If Chan can stop diluting, we will see some gains. Not until then though because these guys won’t let it move an inch. L-2 shows that these guys are MMs. No one can “trade” in this way otherwise. It’s the same thing that has happened here for two full years now. They let it run up just enough to sell for a profit from the diluted price. Then lower it during the dilution to get at bottom price. They actively use these boards too. I don’t have to point them out because it is obvious who they are. They are making a killing on IGEN because they control the buys and sells. Sec needs to get involved and stop it but they won’t. I still believe Chan has a bigger plan then diluting this to death, but he needs to get it going soon for us long holder’s. I’m still waiting.

Will be interested to see if we get our form7 on time from chan next week or if abel signs it.

Will be a bit more information regarding the late 10q...

If we do see it on time from chan then we can assume something from the merger has delayed the 10q... is my hope.

If abel does it then perhaps chan is just on vacation as kw has said but it seems odd they mentioned preparing it months ago and are late with it coming on an exact date...

This isnt a speculative play in the trips it's a proven business with revenue products patents partnerships potential mergers and deals on the way and ongoing.

The SEC only gives companies 5 extra days for 10Q, that is why we got zinged. Chan telling the SEC it was going to take 22 extra days doesn't mean it was OK that he didn't get it in in 5 extra days, but it gives me a bit of piece of mind because it means it being late is well understood and calculated decision.

Of course we all hope it is because Chan is working on IGEN business during this time frame, perhaps out of the country do do that (hence he knows his return date). Or it could be that he has gone on a family vacation. We don't know, but to me, it is still better we know when it will be filed.

22 days after the prescribed due date. The prescribed due date for a 10q is 45 days after the end of the reporting period.

The end of the reporting period was 30 April

45 days after that is 15 May

The NT was filed 16 May

22 days after 15 May is 6 June

Thank you! I did not look past the check box description at the top that has the standard text about getting 15 calendar days from due date for a 10K or 5 calendar days from the due date of a 10Q.

I, and apparently others, missed the narrative, free form portion that does in fact say 22 days or June 6. I wonder how many others saw this and didn't post? Or maybe I missed those posts. Anyway, thank you again! This type of observation shows the value of these boards.

What has always amazed me is how some posters try to act like they have great wisdom and experience from many years of trading yet they know better than the ceo's and owners what should be happening and when. Their logic and wisdom is more along the lines of an impatient entitled 12 year old. From what I saw on the latest NT filing was a statement that it would be released within 22 days of the original due date, which would be June 6. Selling because of a late filing when a company is supposedly working on a major partnership/restructuring is not a wise move, especially when insiders just doubled their positions and the dilution appears to have abated.

The obvious reason why there is no big price movement is because the regular buyers just loaded .0007 and there is no motive to buy until a reason is given. We are a couple of tics above that and the more patient ones who missed the 7's are absorbing the impatient ones shares, but they naturally want the best price possible.

Bankruptcy and delisting are maybe potenial risk ?? UNLESS they finally can book some new accounts and revenues which some pumpers have been suggesting for a few quarters now. If you were a county employee would you book business with this tiny company, looking at its balance sheet, its lack of new customers the past year and their credit report??? Let see what they do the next two quarters??
