Will be interested to see if we get our form7 on time from chan next week or if abel signs it.

Will be a bit more information regarding the late 10q...

If we do see it on time from chan then we can assume something from the merger has delayed the 10q... is my hope.

If abel does it then perhaps chan is just on vacation as kw has said but it seems odd they mentioned preparing it months ago and are late with it coming on an exact date...
