Perhaps this is 'practice patience'...and watch what happens. The post I RTd to you this am was remarks by two of the most adroit, capable traders in regard to $IGEN's current chart/activity. Maybe,,,,just maybe. I've taken off any sell targets ---- just in case. :)

Need for money will cause more dilution in the year ahead which might keep a lid on share price. Time will tell.

KW, the form 7's that everyone keeps waitng for are nothing more than company updates (as I have said a thousand times). I know it's been year's since we all invested but this is a start up company with some progress. I agree the form 7's sound like the same blah blah but that's all they have at this point. There is no way every month they have something new to share. What company has that type of progess to report every month???? Is everyone waiting for next months form 7 again...LOL come on. Folks we have invested our money in a start up company that is a penny stock. Regardless of the share price for me I'm going to "Let It Ride" I believe in Neil Chan. For me it's little risk big reward. GLTA

I didn't see much progress or promise of future progress in this Form 7.
I came to that conclusion because there wasn't much new, what was was 'eh' news at most,and they have a few statements that are not clear which I believe is Chan's attempt to make things look better than they are.

Good news of new sales could come at any time but to me it doesn't look at all like we saw business expansion in August.

What was new information in form 7:
- Medallian GPS will have 350 to 400 more commercial assets deployed in the last quarter of the year. Frankly this is disappointing. They never told us how many they already deployed but a few hundred items is not enough to improve this stocks performance we need at least thousands if not 10s of thousands in a year.

- The last item about market trends had a new but confusing phrase about "funding increase for credit union membership services". What does funding increase mean? What funding. Funding is not revenue. It could allude to the federal government increasing funding to support infrastructure which can include credit unions but that doesn't at all necessarily translate to more business for IGEN. I tend to think this is a Chan tidbit that means nothing but could cause optimistic investors see something that isn't there.

What had additional information provided:
- In july said there would be more pre-loads for Nimbo in Portland, this month they put a number on that of 500 to 1000

What didn't change:
- wording about record nimbo tracking services received is identical in both forms. Could mean that happened again or they felt they could say it again (like the wording on the patent-pending being accepted was unchanged). Probably the latter or they would of changed wording to say something to make it clear this happened again. This is the sort of tricky things Chan does in Form7s. Not lie but not make entirely clear.

- still haven't closed the deal on CU Track in Mexico, Texas, PR or Latin America Association. The time period of Q3 remained, but we only have 2 weeks left. Most of these started out by referencing Q2. So we are looking at 3 months no progress. Not good.

What we didn't hear about
- Nothing said about 15 – 20 sales leads GPS Pro leads from the recent convention.
- took credit for 6 new automotive dealerships, 4 new credit unions, and three new distribution agreements for a third month (was first announced in Jun 2022).

More than 'when', I hope it will be filled with new augmented conquests for the company...at the least. :)

In the past 2 years they have put out the form7 as late as the 14th and 13th in Oct 2021 and Jan 2020 respectively. I did not look earlier than that. In those cases there was nothing special about the form. I suspect the person responsible is behind, on vacation, or something like that.

I don't think we are in disagreement, Sarge. The company has supplied the ingredients for a good deal of the mischief.
My axe with Chan is that he withholds information that could easily calm concerned shareholders (to a point), just with simple clarifications-but, chooses not to.
The Form7 is a great outline...but, really 'outline' is pretty much what it is...and, a bare minimum, imo.

It has nothing to do with “how I say the company is doing”. Its all in black and white every form 7, patent’s, GSA/VA status, and New York bid for CEA started, etc. My opinion doesn’t matter here, these are the facts that should give you the hope that “Lord knows you need”.

This...the destruction of the price of a stock...is due to the lack of positive income growth. Yes, the Q2 positive bottom line was good news and helpful, but the market is looking for 'solid', 'continual' growth. When that happens the price will react accordingly; other beneficial news such as a merger or additional contracts, or leases of our patents will help to bolster price.

This is being held down for a reason. I don’t care if you agree with me or not. Obvious, blatant, manipulation. The company continues to grow and make progress every month. The PPS is not a true reflection of the company just as Neil has stated. Someone is loading as much as they can here and I believe it is people who know exactly what is coming for IGEN.

If the form 7’s don’t give you hope then you aren’t looking at them closely. We see steady growth of the company. The company is doing great and growing all the time. Why post this kind of stuff?
