Yep spot on as always and appreciate your posts. Couldn't agree more. I was hoping for a big update on the CEA front which we still might get a PR with some meat in it. I mean what the hell was the 3 year contract extension about. Geesh

The biggest concern is that if they wanted a PR to prop the price up they hadn't nothing new to say. They have been talking about distribution agreements with Credit Union Leagues in New Mexico, Texas, and PR in their form7 since May. That would have been a great PR that translates directly into more revenue rather than a repeat of news they have already told us and only now believes deserves a PR. Hearing that those agreements, at least some of them, had been signed was the news I was waiting for from this form7. I'm now thinking that is a long shot. Hopefully I'm wrong, we need that additional business.

So tired of seeing "red" on this investment and waiting patiently for this "game changer" being reflected in the PPS. So we go from May 2022 to August 2022 just for a damn modification. Guessing at this pace we will be waiting till June 2023 for this "game changer" IF it even occurs. That will put this "game changer" at two years old.

The fact they had applied for another patent was known since the Jun Form7. So I wouldn't really call this news but it is a nice PR that gives us some details.

I still feel this patent 'improvement' is a response to the completion of the due diligence on patent infringements. Meaning I think the outcome of the review by lawyers to see if IGEN can claim infringement was that they needed to strengthen their patent portfolio before pursuing anything legal. I'm saying this because the name of the patent is the exact same but they through in the word 'Real-Time'. The first patent was also a real-time application so its not to differentiate it. I think it is patenting the same concept but making it stronger. That should help it get approved without someone else getting a patent for the same thing before us.

As for how long to wait it takes between 1.5 to 2 years to get a patent if things go well. The first patent 'Method and System for Creating Driver Telematic Signatures' was submitted on 04/18/2019 and approved on 05/26/2021. Companies can request and pay for expediting review but I have never seen an OTC company do that. I think that can shave off 6 months. But its not really needed because the patent pending provides protection as long as they eventually get the patent eventually.

Most important if IGEN Networks was supporting Tesla that would be well known and our sp would be in $$$$$ and not a minute of pennies.
