Right back at you bud, I have been in this ticker for about three years now got in at much higher price and been holding and adding some every now and then. It was at 0001 for a long time but I have been patiently holding and now I really believe it has something going for it. With it's Acne and other herbal products showing successful sales because they work and the new endeavor diving into the CBD world of the MJ sector. I am expecting a big jump in price as we get closer to 2018 and California going totally legal on MJ. People will be buying the sector up, Millions will flow in to any ticker with MJ or CBD attached to it's name. This price right now is a super bargain and I don't think it will stay at this PPS much longer. GLTA

They aren't...that's just another lie. They are going to do a 1 for 1000 R/S taking the O/S to 19.5M and the A/S to 30M. Then they are going to increase the A/s back up to 30B so they can then reduce it back down to 5B. Through that word smithing, they are saying they will "retire" 25B shares.

Of course it is impossible to retire what has never been issued, but that is just a minor annoyance for scammers.

Filings will never be seen

Filings are up to date with OTC markets. But Dreamlife has recently said that they just made those up while they try to come up with the real financial statements.

The problem is that lots of people bought shares based upon filing them because they swore that they did represent the financial condition of the company.

Fraud IMO.

It could be no bid. You would know if the SEC froze the stock. The SEC would put news out on that fact. The company is current with zero revenue. The filing said a potential split, not for sure. If there were lies, they would be addressed individually with the execs. How can there be financial issues with zero revenue. But at the end of the day, you made my point with "what else could it be?". Yet it was stated as a fact. Fake news?

DL has a big problem now that they put out false and misleading financials on OTC markets to get the stop sign removed. Specially after tweeting that they were going to do it to enhance shareholder purchases of the stock.
