Awesome, I was gunna pitch an expose to the Georgia Tech student newspaper with all I have, and if you could add narrative that would be great.
Worth Billions.
Actually worth more than Billions.
But not worth $2 a share.
Do the math............
Mr. MJ16: Okay, we'll work something out.
Let's just pick a time to show up in the same free public chatroom or whatever and save the $.
Mr. MJ16: You did a huge service to this board (and especially to me) by triggering Danzik to the point where he got himself kicked out! Just for that, I'd be happy to reimburse you the 20 bucks for a 30-day premium membership. But I haven't paid for one myself yet. Give me a little more time to get things in order, so I could make the best use of the 30 days. Then we could both get it at the same time, and I'll reimburse you.
Right, I'm not expecting fresh info from you, but we might come up with something combining our perspectives. I've read alot of the lawsuit material. There's ways other than posting your email: private channel, social media account...
Mr. MJ16: I don't really have anything to reveal that IE and Quantum haven't revealed themselves - I just call out their false and fraudulent claims and statements and deceptive demonstrations for what they are. Maybe I'll post an email address when I have my SEC complaints against the three companies ready to file.
Who’s the lucky person getting 700 shares for less than a dollar 😳
We should coordinate on revealing IE/QE, I don't have premium so if you want to send me a message, or we can find a way to connect without posting email on here.
We have some volume today.
Sure hope it's not the CEO dumping his shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$1.33 bid
Pathetic!!!!!!
Where are the buyers?
Where are the believers in the technology?
Where are the people who believe they turned down Billions with a B because it was worth more?
Where are you?
Pathetic - just pathetic.
I'm glad I'm a so called "whinier".
I'm glad I am "not as smart as a make myself out to be".
Elementary my dear Rebel - TO MAKE MONEY!!!!!!!
Which I did on FLCX/QREE. But that was in the very recent past.
Whinners? Why are we whinners? Even if we are (which I are not), it's better than being a pumper!!!!!!!!
No, it would make no sense to completely avoid an investment............ It makes perfect sense. I trade these POS to make money. I don't OWN them as investments!!!!! And that what I feel FLCX is, a POS, something to trade, to flip while I still can, while there is volume. While the turd is still floating.
Yes, no one is forcing me to believe in he company nor to invest in the company, correct. I have no desire to invest in the stock. I have a desire to make money in it - that's why I am here.
Thanks for the insults - it validates everything and shows me how underwater you are in FLCX/QREE and the pain of losing money must really be starting to hurt.
May not be smart, but I have a lot more money now then I did before I found out about FLCX/QREE. Maybe one day you can say the same thing.
GLTU and may you see nothing but blue skies.
SECURITIES FRAUD By Inductance Energy Corp, Quantum Energy INC, And Quantum Energy CORP
Three different companies of which Dennis M. Danzik has served as a top executive – namely, Inductance Energy Corp, Quantum Energy Inc, and Quantum Energy Corp – have clearly engaged in securities fraud, by making blatantly false, deceptive and fraudulent claims regarding the electric motor they have called an “Earth Engine” or “Photon Engine.” All three companies have falsely claimed that Danzik’s so-called “Earth Engine” or “Photon Engine” is a revolutionary device powered by “Asymmetric Magnetic Propulsion,” when in fact it is simply a type of electric motor, powered entirely by electricity. In this article we will review some of the false and deceptive statements made by each of the three companies which can still be found online.
I. Inductance Energy Corporation
“The Byron Town Council unanimously voted to approve a $5 million Private Activity Bond Tuesday, Dec. 8 [2020], which will allow Inductance Energy – a Wyoming based energy company that says it has created a magnetic energy generator that is a major breakthrough in science – to build a facility within the city limits… The company states that it will bring 15 to 20 jobs to the Byron area and hundreds within the state of Wyoming.”
— Of course, Inductance Energy didn’t have any “major breakthrough” – only a major SCAM.
“Magnetic Propulsion” is not an energy source at all – let alone “the world’s most efficient” one.
Let’s look at the “Earth Engine” page of Inductance Energy’s website as of December 6, 2020:
“Powering humanity using Magnetic Propulsion, the world’s most efficient energy source”
“Earth Engine is the world’s first and only power source propelled by Asymmetrical Magnetic Propulsion. It can generate electricity, operate liquid pumps, air compressors, and other mechanical devices 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is fully independent of the power grid and offers significant cost savings over other technologies. Earth Engine creates constant, reliable, and renewable energy.”
“Earth Engine is in production”
“Earth Engine is the solution to the fatiguing, overloaded, and in some countries, non-existent utility infrastructure.”
“How much energy does it produce?”
“Earth Engine is capable of producing 25+Kw of mechanical energy. This energy can be used to generate electricity, operating pumps, compressors, and other mechanical devices.”
“How does this compare to other energy sources?”
“Earth Engine is the only known power source propelled by Asymmetrical Magnetic Propulsion, producing energy that can be applied to generating electricity, and operating pumps, compressors, and other mechanical devices. With its massive list of features that set it above the competition. Earth Engine does not consume any fossil fuels, it does not run on the sun, the wind, hydro, bio-fuels, or radioactive fuel sources. It can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year creating constant energy unlike renewable technologies such as solar and wind. It is not reliant on a reaction, or burning of fuel source.”
— Notice that there is no mention of any need for solar panels, “Photon Power” or “photonics” in any of this! The “Earth Engine” needs nothing more than the “Asymmetric Magnetic Propulsion!”
But “magnetic propulsion” is not an energy source. The “Earth Engine” / “Photon Engine” is simply a type of electric motor, powered only by electricity and not by magnets. Inductance Energy’s blatantly false and fraudulent claims regarding their so-called “Earth Engine” (now renamed the “Photon Engine”) clearly amount to securities fraud by Inductance Energy Corporation. What a bunch of charlatans!
II. Quantum Energy INC
In April 2023, a presentation regarding Quantum Energy’s so-called “Direct Energy System” was given to potential investors at the Planet MicroCap Showcase in Las Vegas by a Quantum Energy executive named Dustin Hamby. This presentation included claims and statements so blatantly false and misleading that I believe they amount to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Inc.
Describing Quantum’s energy system, Hamby says: “The technology is disruptive – it changes the way people look at power… This… reduces those costs further. It doesn’t have to have the sun, the wind, or any other fuel source to generate that electricity.”
– This is the same blatantly false claim that Dennis Danzik made for his “Earth Engine” for years, before renaming it as the “Photon Engine.” It rests on Danzik’s false claim that the “Engine” is actually powered by the “Magnetic Propulsion” provided by permanent magnets. In fact, the “Photon Engine” is simply an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor. It is not powered by magnets at all. It is powered entirely by electricity. The electricity that powers it can only be generated through the use of the sun, the wind, or some other source of energy. The “Direct Energy System,” in essence, uses a type of electric motor to spin an alternator to generate electricity. The alternator will not produce more electricity than the electric motor consumes. Therefore there is nothing “disruptive” about the system. It will not “change the way people look at power,” and it will not “reduce costs.”
Hamby says: “Our IP is very strong, being the world’s first magnetic propulsion system that can generate electricity… that can deliver that electricity with zero emissions at a very low cost”
— This very misleading statement again rests on Quantum’s false pretense that Quantum’s so-called “Photon Engine” is a “revolutionary” device powered by “magnetic propulsion,” when in fact it is simply an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor, powered by electricity.
Hamby says: “We have one of our Photonics systems that illustrates how we are recapturing voltage – wasted photons when we’re lighting a room. This voltage and amperage is utilized to run the control systems in our magnetic propulsion engines, which I’ll show you next.”
— This deceptive and misleading statement involves the same deception that we find in Danzik’s many videos on the Quantum Energy youtube channel. Quantum’s so-called “magnetic propulsion engine,” the “Photon Engine,” is simply a type of electric motor, powered entirely by electricity and not by magnets. The “recaptured voltage” from electric lights does not merely “run the control systems” of the electric motors which Quantum deceptively calls “magnetic propulsion engines” – it actually powers them.
Hamby says: “Why Quantum? We’re breakthrough technology… The renewable energy sector, their projects – solar projects, wind projects – they’re getting delayed because they don’t have transmission. Our solutions fix that. We don’t have to have transmission lines, because we’re creating the power where it’s consumed. We don’t need any sun, wind, hydro, it’s just the pairing of the permanent magnets.”
— This is yet another blatantly false and misleading statement. Quantum’s so-called “Photon Engine” is a type of electric motor, powered by electricity and not by magnets. Quantum does indeed need sun, wind, hydro, or some other source of energy to generate the electricity that powers the electric motor that they call a “Photon Engine.”
In the interest of brevity, I have quoted above only a few of the many false and misleading statements made by Hamby in his presentation, which was false and misleading from beginning to end.
The false and misleading claims and statements regarding Quantum Energy’s so-called “Direct Energy System,” in the presentation given in April 2023 by a Quantum Energy executive, to potential investors at the Planet MicroCap Showcase, clearly amount to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Inc. What a bunch of charlatans!
III. Quantum Energy CORPORATION
Quantum Energy’s claim that their so-called “Photon Engine” is powered by “magnetic propulsion” is false and fraudulent. The so-called “Photon Engine” is an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor, powered by electricity, and not by magnets or magnetic propulsion. The magnets of the “Photon Engine” motor merely help to convert electric energy to kinetic energy. QEC’s claim that the “Photon Engine” is powered by magnetic propulsion amounts to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Corporation, in my opinion.
A conventional electric motor replenishes the configuration energy of the motor during each cycle by reversing or alternating the flow of electricity in the rotor or stator. Danzik’s motor replenishes the configuration energy in a quite different (and less efficient) way: by using an electric actuator or servo motor to reposition the entire stator. Nonetheless, it is simply an electric motor. In both cases, “magnetic propulsion” merely converts the configuration energy of the motor to kinetic energy, and does not “power” the motor. The replenished configuration energy comes from the consumed electric energy and not from the magnets.
On October 14 2023, Dennis Danzik, the CEO of QEC, finally admitted that QEC’s “Direct Energy System” actually does NOT “amplify energy,” as he had previously indicated in videos posted on the Quantum Energy youtube channel. Danzik stated:
“In fact Quantum’s Direct Energy System increases the SIGNAL (voltage), not ‘energy’ in the specific scientific term, which many people use in generality.”
But only two weeks after this clear admission by QEC’s CEO, QEC nonetheless repeated in a press release the false claim that QEC’s so-called “Photon Engine” can “amplify energy.” QEC’s press release stated:
“Quantum’s Direct Energy Systems include an entire Suite of electrical energy producing products, including groundbreaking photonic energy systems which include: … Photon Engine – a revolutionary magnetically assisted flywheel energy storage system that increases the electrical “signal” (voltage), so that energy stored from the passive, or photonic side of the direct energy system, can be then amplified to an integrated storage system…”
The so-called “Photon Engine” – a type of electric motor – certainly does NOT “amplify energy,” and even QEC’s CEO Danzik himself finally admitted that it does NOT “amplify energy,” only two weeks before the press release was published. The false claim in QEC’s press release of November 1 2023 amounts to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Corporation.
Apart from fraudulent press releases, QEC has also posted many deceptive and misleading videos on the “Quantum Energy” YouTube channel, designed to persuade viewers to believe Quantum’s false claim that the “Earth Engine” or “Photon Engine” is a revolutionary device powered by “Magnetic Propulsion,” when in fact it is a type of electric motor, powered by electricity. Even the titles and posted descriptions of these videos are deceptive. What a bunch of charlatans!
Because its a discussion forum for discussing viewpoints about the company. Why are you posting asking why ppl are commenting about a microcap stock on an investing forum called InvestorsHub thats for considering positions about an investment?
Good grief, why oh why are you whinners here?
"I have no idea if . . . ."
Well, it would make sense to completely avoid an investment of which you completely have no idea if it is legit, a scam, all hype, and is dropping in value. No one is forcing you to believe in the company nor to invest in the company, right? You are free to go, to move on. You are like a petulant child who adamantly doesn't believe that the ice cream truck is going to show up in your neighborhood and yet, there you are, standing on the curbside with a dollar in one hand, a fist in the other, while constantly crying that its unfair that all your immediate needs are not being met by an enterprise you don't even believe in. What utter nonsense.
So take all of your logic, and your higher wisdom, and then use it on some other investment that will serve to bring an end to all your QREE misery. And if you don't, then you are not as smart as you make yourself out to be--right?
Yeah, Why wouldn't someone just acculumate stock while the company has a market cap in the millions instead of offering billions out of nowhere. It's the kind of blatant false statement business people know to put in a call vs writing.
I have no idea if he is right.
I have no idea if you are right.
I have no idea if the company is legit.
I have no idea If the company is a scam.
All I ( that means me) can go by for my purposes, is the stock price and the implications of the stock price taking into consideration what the company says and to a lesser extent (much lessor extent) what people write on this board. That and common sense.
Common sense tells me that whatever FLCX has, it is not what people think it is. I look at it logically.
Despite the conference call (to which I was not privy), I do not believe the hype.
FLCX cannot get out of its own way, let alone do everything you stated in your post.
They are ready to apply to the NASDAQ? The merger is close to completion, they have contracted with the "world-renown pubic relations firm, Benzinga"......
I cannot wait for them to begin to produce PR documents so that they can be analyzed.
You mention that the current FLCX volume of mere hundreds (which has driven the current share price down) will skyrocket. If a mere hundred of shares can drive the stock share downwards, would would volume of thousands of shares or more do to the stock? Where were the buyers?
I don't know this - who has offered FLCX billions of dollars for it (sic) company and technology? BILLIONS??????
I also highly doubt that the offer would have been made because I don't believe it has been made.
Look at the stock price:
5 day down 37%
1 month down 20%
3 month down 19%
YTD down 30%
52 week high $9
5 year high $34
10 year high $136
This is all my opinion and that 's all it. It is based on my experience trading stocks and my observation of the trading in FLCX/QREE
BTW - I made a ton of money trading FLCX/QREE in my the past. If it continues to go down, I will add to the minuscule amount I bought off an old GTC order I had in FLCX that got hit on Friday.
GLTA
Wow!
Even their own supporters can't explain the role solar panels provide. It's a clear simple question: If the magnetic propulsion provides the power/torque, What does sticking a solar panel to supply a few watts by collecting interior light. You can't get net energy by putting a photovoltaic under a LED using electricity - Its like Kevin's "Big Mac Idea" in The Office; There's no overall gain of material.
Kevin is a Secret Genius
Once again I am sorry. I just can't help you, so I am done. I wish you the best.
I am interested in the pro-QE position if you would explain it rather than declare.
Could you just cover why inside solar panels are useful? Solar Irradiance = ~ 1361 W/m2, vs less from interior lighting.
What is the base source of the energy? Rare Earths, Solar? Does it need the solar panels or are they supplementary to the motor/engine/flywheel? Why did they keep murmuring defamation, hire IP lawyer David Lin to pickup the phone to say "I'll connect with the client" then never get back to me about their claimed reputational damage?
https://ilawco.com/attorneys/david
I have done the DD, I've read the Suprock, Meyer-Inductance, & Wyo Tech Lawsuits, as well as they're presentations, but there fundamental unanswered questions - Seeing the Danzik devices in-person would not provide novel information.
Mr. 1776Rebel: What is Quantum's "word" on the input and output electric ENERGY consumed and produced by their system? They have never given their "word" on this most relevant question! I've been doing my best to help gullible investors like you to see this blatant SCAM for what it is, before they lose ALL their money! A little gratitude would be appreciated!
Then leave. It's that simple. You are obviously disgruntled to the nth degree. You don't trust anyone's word, here, nor the word proffered by Quantum management or its distributors, so just move on so you can put an end to all your worries. To worry is like shoving the end of a baseball bat up your sinus cavity: it's pointless, fashionably annoying, and a whole lot of hurt for absolutely diddlysquat. Your whiny opinions are pointless, for they are empty of facts--facts that can support either a negative or positive supposition. Plus you are deeply annoying by offering mountains of excuses for not doing your own due diligence (because its Danzik's fault that you don't). Thus, you're hurt. I get it. Quantum Energy and its investors are just not good enough for you or the other callow twit. We're mean and we lie and we do everything else that could possibly be negative. So do yourself an obvious favor--leave.
Seeing buildings they own/rent and the Danzik devices would not tell me more than the videos. Having access to offices and a checkbook does not clarify anything about the technology.
Lack of negative press about an non-launched product provides no information.
PR firms are not an engineering certification. Did Theranos have a "highly rated" press relations firm?
I am not going on a tour because the guy (D. Danzik) doxxed me after he wasn't able to trick me into showing up to be handed a lawsuit.
Mr 1776Rebel: Quantum falsely claims that the input electricity to their magical motor is merely a "control voltage" which does not power the motor - it's powered by "Magnetic Propulsion," don't you know. So the most relevant question a sensible person should want an answer to is simply: "How does the input electric energy consumed compare with the output electric energy produced by the system? Install two ENERGY meters - not voltmeters - and tell us the WATT-HOURS of electricity consumed, and the WATT-HOURS produced, over a 24-hour period." Quantum has NEVER provided this most relevant piece of information. All they do is talk about "voltage," and then pretend that voltage is equivalent to energy. It is not. I guarantee that the output electric energy is LESS than the input electric energy. That is why they never reveal this simple most relevant piece of information. What a bunch of charlatans!
I am sorry I can't help you. Apparently you don't believe the observable outcomes that have already been presented in a number of Quantum Energy videos, or the addition of a number of distributors who now serve as third-party witnesses to the performance of its technology, or the absolute absence of any negative press from industry news outlets, or the major facilities that are scattered across the country, or the fact that QE encourages investors and guests to tour their Scottsdale facility to observe their technology in a working environment, and to have ALL of their concerns answered (realize, Theranos wouldn't even allow its own employees to visit within its research quarters), plus the new addition of a highly rated investment public relations firm that wouldn't attach its good name to a company that could not produce the evidence that would back up their technological claims. Hence, there are no words that can sooth the mind of a professional skeptic who apparently wants every whim of risk removed prior to investing. Good luck with that.
And please stop with the endless questions, okay? Why on earth would you want a perfect stranger to perform all of your own due diligence? Are you just lazy, or is it that you can't afford to take a tour of the Scottsdale facility, where management will answer all your questions? If the latter, then it is apparent that you haven't the sufficient funds to meaningfully invest in Quantum Energy.
Very true haha. But I can learn more from Quantum installing their products commercially.
And that’s what I’m patiently waiting for.
These are all claims of future events, Was there anything compelling to someone who wants to see observable outcomes, not words or documents?
Their indoor solar panels will capture runaway photons from light fixtures that will serve to greatly reduce a company's energy bill.
They are ready to apply to the NASDAQ, the merger is near to completion, and they have contracted with the world-renown public relations firm, Benzinga.
Wow - what a devastating rebuttal by Mr. Bystander! LOL - Why don't you ask your 6-year-old daughter whether magnets can create energy? You might learn something from her.
As my 6 year old daughter once said—“I’m rubber, you’re glue. What you say bounces off me and sticks on you.”
You’ve been fooled duh, duh, duh Dorick. And while you’re basking in your foolishness we’ll be counting our millions.
As Mark Twain once said: It's a hell of a lot easier to fool a person, than it is to get a person to realize that he's been fooled. Quantum Energy doesn't have any "unique technology." They have a MAGNET MOTOR SCAM, which is not unique at all. If their claims regarding the "Earth Engine" / "Photon Engine" were true, they wouldn't need any solar panels! Quantum even STATED in a presentation by Dustin Hamby, as recently as April 2023, that the system didn't need any solar panels! So why have they switched to peddling solar panels instead of the "Photon Engine" in their latest press release? - It's because the "Photon Engine" SCAM has played out already - and they don't want to be prosecuted for SECURITIES FRAUD. What a bunch of charlatans!
No, he is not right. Not even close. With a group of fellow investors, I enjoyed a conference call with three Quantum Energy officers yesterday. What they had to share was amazing. Understand, because of its unique technology, Quantum Energy is applying to be, in many ways, it own utility--that doesn't involve a powerplant. There will be absolutely zero transportation of the energy its generator will produce--produce, mind--without emissions, fuel, noise, and little to no maintenance. Their indoor solar panels will capture runaway photons from light fixtures that will serve to greatly reduce a company's energy bill. They are ready to apply to the NASDAQ, the merger is near to completion, and they have contracted with the world-renown public relations firm, Benzinga. When they begin to produce PR documents, the current flcx volume of mere hundreds (which has driven the current share price down) will skyrocket.
Understand, it takes time for a utility company with unknown technology to gain the trust of city and state municipalities and their energy boards. They have to know that the technology is safe and it thereby needs to gain their stamp of approval. That doesn't happen overnight.
And know this: Quantum Energy has been offered billions for it company and technology. BILLIONS! I highly doubt that the offer would have been made without the investor or investors doing a massive amount of due diligence.
Looks like Derrick might be right...
FLCX getting hammered.
Not a buyer in sight.
CEO shares are way under water if my recollection of his Form 4 buying is correct.

I’m an honest guy. I have to admit, that was a great response. Made me laugh.
Ppl have tried, courts aren't interested in adjudicating scientific claims, but will evaluate witness testimony and documents which there are plenty of. Look at the Inductance Energy lawsuit exhibits - They write checks to themselves (D. Danzik, wife & daughter) for cash rather than use a company card. He's even used the business card at the movies and Red 8 (Chinese restaurant at the Wynn casino in Vegas).
There are probably not two people in the world more grateful to each other than Mr. Bystander and myself!
Haha thank YOU so much for YOUR complete understanding of the thought process
and strategy of Quantum investors. You appear to be quite thorough in your efforts. I’m sure you have accumulated a long list of folks who are currently chomping on the bit, eagerly waiting to sue Quantum. I beg your pardon.
Mr. Bystander thinks that all the gullible investors who invested in Quantum Energy should wait until Quantum is bankrupt and penniless before joining any lawsuit to recover any losses they will suffer due to Quantum's blatant SECURITIES FRAUD. Other investors may have a different opinion about that!
Mr. Bystander says, "thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you’re doing to protect myself and others..."
-- You're welcome, Sir! -- But he also says, "Good luck with your premature class action lawsuit. You’ll be the only two investors who sign on. It’s in everyone else’s best interest to wait a bit longer."
-- Thank you, O Fountain Of Infinite Wisdom, for telling everyone else in the world what's in their best interest! They would have no idea if you didn't tell them!
Mr D and MJ16: You guys crack me up. Why??? Do you think folks like myself don’t have the funds to go after the company? We have plenty. We aren’t pursuing them (yet) for a reason—assuming the engine doesn’t work as claimed, they still have other products that could potentially generate a return on our investment.
So thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you’re doing to protect myself and others who willing invested knowing it was a long shot. Maybe you can meet me in Vegas next time I travel there and beg and plead with me every time I attempt another roll of the dice.
Good luck with your premature class action lawsuit. You’ll be the only two investors who sign on. It’s in everyone else’s best interest to wait a bit longer.
Mr. MJ16: That's an interesting idea, but if you actually have the funds to retain a lawyer, I think it would be much better to file a class-action lawsuit against QEC for securities fraud. Then you would gain the support of a lot of investors, and it would be much more likely to lead to discovery. Just buy one share of stock in QEC, and then you'll have standing to sue QEC for defrauding investors with false claims. You don't need to know the names of any other investors before you file a class action suit - that would be discovered after the filing. QEC has blatantly lied about the "Photon Engine," and thereby committed securities fraud, without a doubt - so the class of investors would surely win the case. The defamation case is much more doubtful (in my opinion), and probably would not lead to discovery. If you decide to take my advice, I will buy a share myself, and join the class.
I've been considering filing a lawsuit myself: Since they've claimed I defamed them I could initiate an action seeking a declaratory judgement that I didn't defame them, which would open them to extensive discovery - When Danzik/QE produce the original logged engineering research notes, It will establish if IEC/QREE is real.
The "twit" I was referring to was to a singular person who has been commenting on this board, Dorick, and no one else.
What kind of bread would you like your "CROW" sandwich on?
These are not twits; Accredited / Professional / Angel investors have bought QE stock + bonds. Tyler is not just an internet commenter, he runs a environmental business. Hinz even said in a video that this (Danzik spinning device) is the only technology out there.
But they're not, They retained NYC IP lawyer David Lin to pickup the phone and say "I'll connect with the client" - Then never respond.
Mr. S: Well I'm glad you're finally starting to think. Maybe now that you've started thinking, it won't be long before you finally begin to see the world's most obvious scam for what it is.
Well....We will all see where you land. I am starting to think you are off the rails.

— This very deceptive statement again rests on Quantum’s false pretense that Quantum’s so-called “Photon Engine” is a “revolutionary” device powered by “magnetic propulsion,” when in fact it is simply an unconventional and inefficient type of electric motor, powered by electricity.
Quantum does indeed need sun, wind, hydro, or some other of energy to generate the electricity that powers the electric motor that they call a “Photon Engine.”
In the interest of brevity, I have quoted above only a few of the many false and misleading statements made by Hamby in his presentation, which was false and misleading from beginning to end.
The false and misleading claims and statements regarding Quantum Energy’s so-called “Direct Energy System,” in the presentation given in April 2023 by a Quantum Energy executive, to potential investors at the Planet MicroCap Showcase, clearly amount to securities fraud by Quantum Energy Inc, in my opinion.
Now let’s take a look at what Quantum Energy Inc’s subsidiary, Inductance Energy Corp, posted on their website for years, while selling Private Activity Bonds:
– No requirement for any “Photon Power” or at all! No need for any “photonics!” All the “Earth Engine” needs is the “Asymmetrical Magnetic Propulsion!”
But “magnetic propulsion” is not an energy source. The “Earth Engine” / “Photon Engine” is simply a type of electric motor, powered only by electricity and not by magnets. Inductance Energy’s blatantly false and fraudulent claims regarding their so-called “Earth Engine” (now renamed the “Photon Engine”) clearly amount to securities fraud by Inductance Energy Corp, in my opinion.
Mr. S: Only a false statement can be defamatory. My statements that Quantum has committed securities fraud are not only true, but so obviously true that any lawsuit against them would be laughed out of court. That is why Danzik has never filed one, and never will. Danzik will eventually find himself on the receiving end of lawsuits, for defrauding investors out of millions of dollars. Perhaps some distributors will sue him, too. I am now planning to start a youtube channel dedicated to busting Quantum Energy. I'm sure it will get a hell of a lot more views than I ever get here! I just need to buy the equipment I need. Please be patient, folks!
