Last I heard, about six months ago he was ranting about papers being filed in a "few weeks" that would enable this POS to get back on the pinks. I think at this point even the pink sheet investors understand that isn't going to happen. Well, most of them at least.

It might smell like Roxy's Women's Football CEO behind this huge RS. he did the same with his company (ARTS). They did a Massive 24000/1 RS and It Sank the Company. On weds price action, It jumped from The dead of .0001 to $4.05 with a 3 million Share sell and then went quickly back to no bid. Someone made $12 Million in one shot and now he has moved operations to Longwood, Florida just outside Orlando near EMXC...Hmmmm..ALL of this is just My Opinion

Apparently you missed the most serious charge (a felony)

"WILLFUL FLEE/ELUDE LEO" (i.e. eluding a Law Enforcement Officer). That means they lit her up for drunk driving (a misdemeanor) and she refused to stop. Her 3 year probation ends on 1/19/2015.
