Did anyone notice Roxanna just increased the shares outstanding by 110%? At the beginning of the year there was 1,560,442,661 shares outstanding. Now there is 3,279,025,918 shares outstanding. Don't think people even realize the extent of the shareholder dilution. If you think I'm kidding, go to otcmarkets.com and take a look under company info.
