curious if any burned ievm shareholders have input - come to PCTL board and share your experience
What happened to your ievm shares? @PCTL_ is following the same delist playbook living off of selling stock and lying to shareholders, we suspect the bad actors “new” ticker will follow the same fate. Long time shareholders are sitting on massive losses after false revenue covid fluid & distributor scams and now company is pumping oil and gas “contracts”... curious if any burned ievm shareholders have input - come to PCTL board and share your experience
So can anyone tell me, are we basically screwed???

ievm was sold to pcti. it's the same address.
Have you contacted Prince and asked to do an exchange from IEVM to the new symbol. Let us know what his exchange policy is?
It appears that William Prince, our old ceo who is now somehow associated with PCTL has swindled us. We were promised that profitability was right around the corner. Next press release was ievm ceasing operations. No information. Just closed shop and gone.
Now it appears ievm’s product is being sold by another company. While we shareholders are stuck holding the bag.
Have yet to find anything out here for now $IEVM...
Can you fill me in on IEVM?

Do they know what you do not know?
This story is long from over, buyers are out there.
Just a matter of time and you guys that are selling for tax purposes will be sick to your stomach.
They have waited until tax write offs to get your shares.
Announcement coming.

When the new buyer takes over, is when this will move back up.
When you least expect it boom.
Seriously MSU I hope your right but I think it's cream crackered I'd love to think that it's in dormant stage but they will still have some costs and no income and 1 staff
As long as insiders own the majority of this stock, and you can see they never diluted this company.
OS remains constant.
Tax write offs remain.
EPA certifications remains.
No debt or they would have been forced to file BKR.
This is a gem if there ever was one.
Just waiting to start moving up.
Most stockholders have not sold.
Looks like some are buying give away shares. Can't say that I blame them!
Who is buying this company?
Tax write offs will justify keeping the share structure intact, could be a big winner?
That is what I heard, but it is still trading, so someone is buying.
Why are they buying is the question that you need to get the answer too?
Did they close shop?

IET is a life sciences company focused on providing smart solutions to America’s most pressing environmental and health problems.
Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (“IET” or the “Company”) (OTC Bulletin Board: IEVM), is a publicly-traded company that operates through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, I.E.T., Inc. All of the companies products and services are sold under the umbrella brand name EcoTreatments™. The Company markets and sells anolyte disinfecting solution under the Excelyte® brand name and sells a cleaning solution under the Catholyte Zero™ brand name. Both solutions are produced by the Company’s proprietary EcaFlo® equipment which utilizes an electrolytic process known as electrochemical activation to reliably produce environmentally responsible solutions for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting. Excelyte® solutions are EPA-registered hard surface disinfectants and sanitizers approved for hospital-level use and are also approved for use as a biocide in oil and gas drilling. The products can be used safely anywhere there is a need to control pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and germs. Catholyte Zero™ solutions are an environmentally friendly cleanser and degreaser for janitorial, sanitation and food processing uses. The Company is currently focused on selling its Excelyte® solutions to oil and gas production companies, healthcare facilities and agriculture and dairy farmers.
Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTC:BB “IEVM”) is located near Myrtle Beach in Little River, SC. Our 14,000 square foot production facility is located in the Strand Industrial Park where we design and assemble equipment that utilizes unique technologies, producing products that have been tested, proven and accepted by private, state and federal agencies. We are finding broad demand for our EcaFlo® technologies in commercial applications benefiting agricultural, food, medical, health and industrial markets, as well as markets subject to regulatory compliance and control.
Founded in 2003, IET, Inc. developed its proprietary EcaFlo® Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA) technologies. All of the company’s products and services are sold under the umbrella brand name EcoTreatments™. We produce Excelyte® solutions containing hypochlorous acid for commercial and industrial disinfecting and sanitizing applications.
Excelyte® is an activated aqueous solution of sodium chloride produced by passing weak salt brine through an electrolytic cell and temporarily changing the properties of the salt water into a powerful oxidizing agent exhibiting highly effective antimicrobial properties.
Our Excelyte® solution is made by temporarily modifying the properties of water into solutions which can be used to destroy microorganisms, neutralize chemical agents, purify water and clean surfaces.
Excelyte® is a powerful antimicrobial solution that is both biodegradable and non-accumulative. The key active ingredient, hypochlorous acid, is derived from naturally occurring salt minerals and water. Excelyte® is the most concentrated stable form of hypochlorous acid available.
Chemistry that is similar to the human cell is performed by the electro-chemical activation process in IET’s EcaFlo® equipment. A metastable mixture of compounds formed during cellular phagocytosis produces hypochlorous acid and is a very effective means for microbial destruction. Excelyte® is a pH neutral disinfectant considerably more effective than bleach in surface disinfection.
As a strong oxidizing solution, hypochlorous acid produces irreversible damage of essential functions of the microorganism’s biopolymers at the level of electron transmission. This process effectively destroys large systematic groups of microorganisms (bacteria, microbacteria and viruses) without damaging human tissues and other multi-cellular system organisms. When exposed to environmental conditions, Excelyte® quickly degrades into salt and water leaving no ecological footprint.
Excelyte® is a new generation disinfectant. It destroys super bugs and other harmful bacteria and viruses, aiding in the reduction of cross-contamination between treated surfaces It kills on contact. Excelyte® is proven effective against many bacteria and viruses and has exhibited a 99.9999% kill rate including:
Excelyte® can be applied as a liquid, a spray, or dipped.
Awareness of the commercial and human cost of bacteria and viruses is at historic levels. Yet toxic solutions are increasingly forbidden.
Americans have become more environmentally conscious and are demanding healthier environments.
The EPA reports that exposure to pollutants can be up to 10 times higher indoors than outdoors; much of this due to use of conventional cleaning agents.
Businesses and the federal government are increasingly inserting “greening” language in solicitations with requirements that cleaning products used will cause minimal skin, eye, and respiratory irritation; are biodegradable and avoid use of undesirable or unnecessary dyes and fragrances.
In response to increasing market demand for a reliable source of “ready to use” disinfectant and sanitizing products, IET, Inc. made a strategic shift from selling EcaFlo® equipment, to selling large-scale consumable solutions. Excelyte® can be supplied at costs below competitive products in commercial markets. It has a broad spectrum of applications that address the needs in oil production, food sanitation, hospital disinfection.
To meet the needs of these markets, a Utah production facility; the first in a planned network of nationwide facilities to produce and distribute IET’s products has been opened. There has also been a recruitment of distributors and sales channels in its selected markets.
Fracking is controversial but there’s no debating the fact that it’s expanding every day. There are 20,000 new wells fracked every year. Regardless of which political party is running Washington D.C., that’s not changing anytime soon. That said, the best thing we can do for the environment is perfect the process through smart technology.
Fracking is water mixed with sand and chemicals to break up rocks and release the natural gas. The process requires massive amounts of water. Those 20,000 wells require five to eight million gallons of water each. That’s as much as 160 billion gallons every year that need to be disinfected to protect the nation’s water supply.
Before putting this fracking mix into the ground, a disinfectant is needed. Excelyte™ is the most effective solution to disinfect the water and prevent groundwater contamination.
Excelyte® kills bacteria and viruses. It also neutralizes some chemicals, like hydrogen sulfide. It does not eliminate heavy metals.
Unlike any other fracking solution, Excelyte™ cleans and protects production equipment from corrosion, creates a safer work environment by targeting and eliminating hydrogen sulfide (the leading cause of gas inhalation deaths among oil/gas workers), leaves no lasting impact on the environment and is undetectable 90 days after use.
Excelyte™ is being adopted by natural gas producers in the western U.S., especially in Utah and New Mexico.
Excelyte™ is considered an industry leader in being able to provide an environmentally conscious solution for disinfecting and sanitizing. It is EPA registered as an antimicrobial. For more than 20 years, Excelyte™ has been used for the enhancement of oil and gas production. It is frac fluid compatible and pH neutral. It is the only EPA-registered disinfectant that has been proven completely effective against all bacteria and virus tested. We provide customers with chemical-free science-based disinfecting, sanitizing and cleaning solutions produced by ECA technology to promote environmental, worker and consumer health safety wherever pathogens must be controlled.
The key active ingredient in Excelyte™ is hypochlorous acid, derived from naturally occurring salt minerals and water.
When it degrades, it turns to salt and water which leaves no ecological footprint. It is a cost-effective alternative to other chemicals currently used such as glutaraldehyde and bleach.
Excelyte’s™ unique ability to disrupt viruses and bacteria cell structure while being able to fully degrade leaving no ecological footprint behind, makes it both strong but safe in many applications. The ability to disrupt the cell structure prevents organisms from mutating and becoming resistant, reduces the possibility of superbugs. It does not become resistant to microbes, as do most chemicals. It kills oil field bacteria with no harmful by-products. Protective equipment and site safety measures are not required for Excelyte™ applications. Once Excelyte™ has fully degraded, it leaves no ecological damage to well sites.
For every one million gallons of water used, we only need to add about 5,000 gallons of Excelyte™ to treat at 2.5ppm. It costs millions of dollars per frack per well but the cost of adding Excelyte™ is a fraction of a percentage of that overall cost.
Excelyte™ has been registered by the EPA for use in the following applications:
Almost every gas well entails a frack job, requiring approximately 80,000 gallons of water. This water can be treated with Excelyte™ solutions to manage bacteria, protecting fracturing fluids and gels, and ensuring polymer and proppant performance. It removes scale and slime build-up from pipes, and cooling water systems can be kept free of biofilm which improves heat exchange values and eliminates microbial induced corrosion (MIC).
Recent data collected from field operations where frack water was treated with Excelyte™ shows that the bacteria levels in the frack water were reduced below the threshold level that would adversely impact stimulation fluids and gels. Produced water may be treated before being revised in stimulation fluids or water floods.
Excelyte™ can be used to enhance production from wells which have been impacted by down-hole growth of bacteria, and other microorganisms, by killing the bacteria and removing the restrictive biofilms. It is a great utility in the reduction of hydrogen sulfide in produced water retention pools and make-up water.
For typical water treatment, mix 5 US gallons of Excelyte™ with 995 US gallons of frack water to 2.5ppm FAC to mitigate and retard the growth from non-public health microorganisms such as anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria and sulfater inducing bacteria to protect fracturing fluids, polymers and gels. Frack jobs require a biocide. An average frack job will require about 800-4,000 gallons of biocide per frack.
Excelyte™ is effective in producing wells as a biocide and anti-corrosive agent and has great utility in reduction of hydrogen sulfide in producing wells, reducing cost of reconstruction of well linings. Excelyte™ has demonstrated effectiveness in producing wells, especially in high sulfur geologies. Excelyte™ addresses corrosion and sour well problems in the high-sulfur fields (e.g. Utah, Colorado, Dakotas, and Wyoming).
Typical producing wells in sulfur zones consume in excess of 500 gallons of biocide weekly.
Haulage companies deliver directly to the well and pour the biocide down hole on a regular schedule.
Contaminated produced water must be decontaminated before release into the environment or recycled for use. Retention ponds create environmental hazards, harboring heavy metals and bacteria. Reverse Osmosis technologies remove heavy metals and produce “pure” water.
Question: What is to be done with the residual water?
Produced water must be disposed of at all new well sites. Reverse osmosis is becoming increasingly widespread.
RO companies now dump decontaminated water for evaporation as haulage costs are expensive. “Pure” decontaminated water is a raw material for Excelyte™ production, creating a product sales opportunity for the RO company.
Cooling tower water can be treated with low concentrations of Excelyte™ so that bacteria in the tower are controlled. In addition, Excelyte™ removes the scale build-up on fill, pans and in pipes so that a better heat exchange value is maintained throughout the system. Costs for handling, storing and disposing of hazardous chemicals used to treat for bacteria and inhibit scale are dramatically reduced. Furthermore, downtime and maintenance costs for periodic cleaning are eliminated.

Today healthcare systems continue to battle treatment-resistant strains of bacteria and viruses both in how to effectively treat them and how to effectively prevent them. Excelyte® eliminates this problem by not only killing the bacteria present, but by disrupting the mitochondrial DNA eliminating any possibility of resistance mutation. The same cannot be said for other chemical biocides, dinsinfectants, and even many antibiotics.
There are 5,750 US hospitals. The average hospital will experience 348 cases of hospital acquired infection, resulting in 17 deaths, annually. Per the CDC, the average hospital will spend almost 13 million dollars annually dealing with hospital acquired infections. There are also 16,100 nursing homes, 5,000 ambulatory surgical centers and 230,000 physician practices in the US.
Daily disinfection is the best practice for preventing and eliminating the bacteria and viruses causing HAIs (hospital acquired illness). Disinfection is in addition to standard janitorial cleaning services. University General Hospital recently became the first hospital in the nation to utilize Excelyte® as a primary disinfectant.
Excelyte® has been tested, proven, and registered by the EPA (82341-1) and classified as a broad spectrum, tuberculocidal hospital disinfectant, against bacteria and viruses including MRSA, Pseudomonas, HIV, H1N1, Salmonella, E. coli, Klebsiella, Listeria, VRE and C. diff on contaminated, hard, non-porous surfaces. Excelyte® meets the disinfection requirements of OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogen Guidelines. It has also been accepted by the USDA for food safety applications.
Hard surface disinfection includes:
Hospitals are now responsible for hospital- acquired infections. MRSA, C. diff are real, epidemic-level problems. Recent lab testing shows Excelyte’s® effectiveness against more pathogens and will result in expanded EPA label claims.

EcoTreatments™ proprietary EcaFlo® equipment produces Excelyte® and Catholyte Zero™ solutions, which are non-toxic and biodegradable. Excelyte® is a pH neutral disinfectant which is considerably more effective than bleach in surface disinfection.
Catholyte Zero™ is an anti-oxidizing, mild alkaline solution with a pH range of 10.5 to 12.0 and ORP of –600 to –900 mV. Its surfactant characteristics allow this solution to act as a mild detergent and degreaser that can be used on all porous and non-porous hard surfaces. An effective method of controlling bacteria on hard surfaces, walls, floors, utensils, equipment, and containers can be accomplished by using Catholyte Zero™ to remove protein load and then following that with Excelyte® to disinfect and sanitize surfaces.
The key active ingredient in Excelyte® is hypochlorous acid, derived from naturally occurring salt minerals and water. Excelyte® degrades into salt and water, leaving no ecological footprint when exposed to environmental conditions. Excelyte® has an NSF registration for use on food contact surfaces not requiring a rinse.
Excelyte® is a new generation of disinfectants. It destroys super bugs and other harmful bacteria and viruses. It begins killing on contact. Excelyte is proven effective against many bacteria and viruses and exhibits a 99.9999% kill rate. Designed to save time, Excelyte® will disinfect and sanitize without rinsing.”
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that there are 76 million cases of foodborne illnesses, or food poisoning, every year in the United States. On average, 325,000 people are hospitalized each year as a result of foodborne illnesses. Fruits and vegetables account for 12% of cases and 6% of the food borne illness outbreaks in this country.
The control of bacteria and other pathogens in food production is made easier through the use of Excelyte® solutions to disinfect and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment.
Research conducted by Coastal Carolina University, Conway SC, and funded by a USDA SBIR Grant, has confirmed that Excelyte® solutions have efficacy against bacteria and has been proven as an antimicrobial agent against numerous foodborne pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Salmonella typhimurium and E. coli 0157:H7.

LITTLE RIVER, S.C., Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTCBB: IEVM) today announced that as of the end of the second quarter 2015, it was providing Excelyte® well maintenance treatments on 179 oil wells. This represents an increase of 73 oil wells, or 69%, over the first quarter 2015 and an increase of 148 wells, or 477%, for the six months ended June 30, 2015.
The Company currently operates two production facilities, one in the Uinta Basin in Utah and one in the New Mexico region of the Permian Basin. The Company is also in the process of opening a production facility in the West Texas region of the Permian Basin and an additional facility in the Western Gulf Basin (Eagle Ford Shale) located in South Texas.
The Company estimates that there are approximately 5,000 oil producing wells in the Uinta Basin, 25,000 oil producing wells in the New Mexico region of the Permian Basin, 64,000 oil producing wells in the West Texas region of the Permian Basin, and 12,000 oil producing wells in the Western Gulf Basin (Eagle Ford Shale) that could benefit from Excelyte® maintenance treatments. The Company estimates that Excelyte® well maintenance treatments in these areas represent an annual market opportunity of $350 million.
David R. LaVance, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "During the second quarter 2015, we continued to expand the number of wells treated with Excelyte®, despite the general downturn in the oil and gas sector resulting from the falling price of oil. Excelyte® well maintenance treatments continue to attract E&P operators because Excelyte® is both an effective biocide and a hydrogen sulfide scavenger that has been shown to reduce well maintenance costs and improve safety."
Hydrogen sulfide is a toxic and corrosive chemical that frequently appears in oil and gas production. Excelyte® acts as a biocide and as a hydrogen sulfide eliminator/scavenger that kills sulfate-reducing bacteria, which are known to produce hydrogen sulfide. The Company's current down-hole well maintenance treatments consist of regularly scheduled Excelyte® treatments on oil production wells that contain bacteria which can corrode well equipment and well linings; contain bacteria that can sour the oil produced; and/or test positive for hydrogen sulfide.

Released July 21, 2015

Integrated Environmental Technologies (IET; Ticker: IEVM) is now producing its Excelyte biocide for use in 174 wells across the Uinta Basin in Utah and the Permian Basin in New Mexico. The biocide reduces the amount of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) down-well to near zero, reducing maintenance costs associated with corrosive damage caused by H2S.
IET increased the number of wells it is treating by 64% from March 2015 to May 2015, according to a company press release, and the company estimates that there are approximately 5,000 wells in the Uinta basin and approximately 25,000 wells in the New Mexico region of the Permian that could benefit from its product.
“Oilfield workers, midstream workers, company executives and regulators all have an interest in reducing H2S levels at well sites,” IET’s CEO David LaVance told Oil & Gas 360® during a recent interview. “It can be lethal in doses as small as 500 parts per million (ppm). The Excelyte biocide offers a way to almost completely eliminate H2S,” LaVance said.
The company’s product attacks microorganism’s at a microscopic level, destroying large systematic groups of unwanted bacteria, microbacteria and viruses without damaging human tissues or the environment, according to IET. When exposed to environmental conditions, the biocide degrades into salt and water.
“Monthly treatments are required in order to keep H2S levels down,” explains LaVance, “but the savings in maintenance costs alone can be $350-$800 per month for each well.” H2S is highly corrosive. By reducing how much is present before removing the resource in the ground, oil and gas infrastructure is able to stand up to operations through a longer life cycle.
IET operates out of 5,000 square foot depots located in oil and gas operations areas. The depots are operated by IET’s staff, and they create the product a day or two in advance of the treatment. The depots cost $175,000-$200,000 and pay themselves off within months. “In the future, we expect the depots will have the potential to break-even in three to four months,” said LaVance.
LaVanace says that the company is not planning on adding transportation to its services, and decided instead to focus on making its product at the best possible cost. “We find that our customers like their existing service company, so we prefer to work with them when it comes to transporting the biocide to the wells.”
IET’s biocide is also certified by the NSF, USDA and EPA for use in healthcare and food production as well, but IET is focused on increasing its presence in the oil and gas market, LaVance told OAG360®. He said the company plans to expand further in the Permian and move into the southwest Gulf and the Eagle Ford. “We’re expecting to open 2 or 3 more depots in Texas this year,” said LaVance.
To continue its growth, IET announced on July 21 that the company had hired Chad Crady to serve as its Vice President of sales and Operations for the company’s Oil and Gas Division. Crady has more than a decade managing sales and operations for oilfield service companies, including those in the Permian and Western Gulf Basin, where IET is focused on development.
“Chad’s extensive relationships at both the field and the corporate level with E&P companies, particularly in Texas, will be extremely valuable as we expand our operations in both the Permian Basin and the Western Gulf Basin,” said LaVance.
IET will present at EnerCom’s The Oil & Gas Conference® in Denver on Thurs. Aug. 20. {{{ VERY IMPORTANT!!! }}}

LITTLE RIVER, S.C., May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTCBB: IEVM) today announced that it is currently providing Excelyte® well maintenance treatments on 174 oil wells to four customers in the Uinta Basin in Utah and in the Permian Basin in New Mexico. The Company has commenced Excelyte well maintenance treatments on 33 new oil wells, a 23% increase since it last provided an update on its oil and gas operations on April 16, 2015, and 68 new wells (a 64% increase) since the Company provided an update on its oil and gas operations on March 5, 2015. The Company estimates that there are approximately 5,000 oil producing wells in the Uinta Basin and approximately 25,000 oil producing wells in the New Mexico region of the Permian Basin that could benefit from Excelyte maintenance treatments.
David R. LaVance, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We continue to progress in the development of our oil and gas business and are currently in discussions with approximately five new customers interested in utilizing Excelyte to treat both oil and gas wells. As expected, our growing industry footprint has enhanced our ability to cultivate and accelerate additional customers as we can provide hard data on the effects and the potential cost savings of Excelyte well maintenance treatments. We continue to explore additional locations for new production depots."
The Company also announced that it will provide operational updates, such as the number of wells that are being treated with Excelyte, on a quarterly basis beginning with the results of the second quarter of 2015.
The Company believes that Excelyte reduces the level of hydrogen sulfide gas in oil wells faster than competing products and results from well maintenance treatments have been encouraging:
Hydrogen sulfide is a toxic and corrosive chemical that frequently appears in oil and gas production. Excelyte acts as a biocide and as a hydrogen sulfide eliminator/scavenger that kills sulfate-reducing bacteria, which are known to produce hydrogen sulfide. The Company's current down-hole well maintenance treatments consist of regularly scheduled Excelyte treatments on oil production wells that: contain bacteria which can corrode well equipment and well linings; contain bacteria that can sour the oil produced; and/or test positive for hydrogen sulfide.
