The share structure is amazing here and I don't think it will take long for someone to take over.
It'll continue to trade for months and years as most of these companies do when they cease operation. Often times they sit as a dormant shell. One has to decide whether to take the current price and sell out or hold and hope for something down the road as in a takeover of the Shell. Shame as they had a good concept, just didn't turn out well.

Chemistry that is similar to the human cell is performed by the electro-chemical activation process in IET’s EcaFlo® equipment. A metastable mixture of compounds formed during cellular phagocytosis produces hypochlorous acid and is a very effective means for microbial destruction. Excelyte® is a pH neutral disinfectant considerably more effective than bleach in surface disinfection.
As a strong oxidizing solution, hypochlorous acid produces irreversible damage of essential functions of the microorganism’s biopolymers at the level of electron transmission. This process effectively destroys large systematic groups of microorganisms (bacteria, microbacteria and viruses) without damaging human tissues and other multi-cellular system organisms. When exposed to environmental conditions, Excelyte® quickly degrades into salt and water leaving no ecological footprint.

Awareness of the commercial and human cost of bacteria and viruses is at historic levels. Yet toxic solutions are increasingly forbidden.
Americans have become more environmentally conscious and are demanding healthier environments.
The EPA reports that exposure to pollutants can be up to 10 times higher indoors than outdoors; much of this due to use of conventional cleaning agents.

To meet the needs of these markets, a Utah production facility; the first in a planned network of nationwide facilities to produce and distribute IET’s products has been opened. There has also been a recruitment of distributors and sales channels in its selected markets.
Fracking is controversial but there’s no debating the fact that it’s expanding every day. There are 20,000 new wells fracked every year. Regardless of which political party is running Washington D.C., that’s not changing anytime soon. That said, the best thing we can do for the environment is perfect the process through smart technology.
Fracking is water mixed with sand and chemicals to break up rocks and release the natural gas. The process requires massive amounts of water. Those 20,000 wells require five to eight million gallons of water each. That’s as much as 160 billion gallons every year that need to be disinfected to protect the nation’s water supply.
Before putting this fracking mix into the ground, a disinfectant is needed. Excelyte™ is the most effective solution to disinfect the water and prevent groundwater contamination.
Excelyte® kills bacteria and viruses. It also neutralizes some chemicals, like hydrogen sulfide. It does not eliminate heavy metals.

When it degrades, it turns to salt and water which leaves no ecological footprint. It is a cost-effective alternative to other chemicals currently used such as glutaraldehyde and bleach.
Excelyte’s™ unique ability to disrupt viruses and bacteria cell structure while being able to fully degrade leaving no ecological footprint behind, makes it both strong but safe in many applications. The ability to disrupt the cell structure prevents organisms from mutating and becoming resistant, reduces the possibility of superbugs. It does not become resistant to microbes, as do most chemicals. It kills oil field bacteria with no harmful by-products. Protective equipment and site safety measures are not required for Excelyte™ applications. Once Excelyte™ has fully degraded, it leaves no ecological damage to well sites.
For every one million gallons of water used, we only need to add about 5,000 gallons of Excelyte™ to treat at 2.5ppm. It costs millions of dollars per frack per well but the cost of adding Excelyte™ is a fraction of a percentage of that overall cost.
Excelyte™ has been registered by the EPA for use in the following applications:
Almost every gas well entails a frack job, requiring approximately 80,000 gallons of water. This water can be treated with Excelyte™ solutions to manage bacteria, protecting fracturing fluids and gels, and ensuring polymer and proppant performance. It removes scale and slime build-up from pipes, and cooling water systems can be kept free of biofilm which improves heat exchange values and eliminates microbial induced corrosion (MIC).
Recent data collected from field operations where frack water was treated with Excelyte™ shows that the bacteria levels in the frack water were reduced below the threshold level that would adversely impact stimulation fluids and gels. Produced water may be treated before being revised in stimulation fluids or water floods.
Excelyte™ can be used to enhance production from wells which have been impacted by down-hole growth of bacteria, and other microorganisms, by killing the bacteria and removing the restrictive biofilms. It is a great utility in the reduction of hydrogen sulfide in produced water retention pools and make-up water.
For typical water treatment, mix 5 US gallons of Excelyte™ with 995 US gallons of frack water to 2.5ppm FAC to mitigate and retard the growth from non-public health microorganisms such as anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria and sulfater inducing bacteria to protect fracturing fluids, polymers and gels. Frack jobs require a biocide. An average frack job will require about 800-4,000 gallons of biocide per frack.
Excelyte™ is effective in producing wells as a biocide and anti-corrosive agent and has great utility in reduction of hydrogen sulfide in producing wells, reducing cost of reconstruction of well linings. Excelyte™ has demonstrated effectiveness in producing wells, especially in high sulfur geologies. Excelyte™ addresses corrosion and sour well problems in the high-sulfur fields (e.g. Utah, Colorado, Dakotas, and Wyoming).
Typical producing wells in sulfur zones consume in excess of 500 gallons of biocide weekly.
Haulage companies deliver directly to the well and pour the biocide down hole on a regular schedule.
Contaminated produced water must be decontaminated before release into the environment or recycled for use. Retention ponds create environmental hazards, harboring heavy metals and bacteria. Reverse Osmosis technologies remove heavy metals and produce “pure” water.
Question: What is to be done with the residual water?
Produced water must be disposed of at all new well sites. Reverse osmosis is becoming increasingly widespread.
RO companies now dump decontaminated water for evaporation as haulage costs are expensive. “Pure” decontaminated water is a raw material for Excelyte™ production, creating a product sales opportunity for the RO company.
Cooling tower water can be treated with low concentrations of Excelyte™ so that bacteria in the tower are controlled. In addition, Excelyte™ removes the scale build-up on fill, pans and in pipes so that a better heat exchange value is maintained throughout the system. Costs for handling, storing and disposing of hazardous chemicals used to treat for bacteria and inhibit scale are dramatically reduced. Furthermore, downtime and maintenance costs for periodic cleaning are eliminated.

Today healthcare systems continue to battle treatment-resistant strains of bacteria and viruses both in how to effectively treat them and how to effectively prevent them. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that there are 76 million cases of foodborne illnesses, or food poisoning, every year in the United States. LITTLE RIVER, S.C., Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTCBB: IEVM) today announced that as of the end of the second quarter 2015, it was providing Excelyte® well maintenance treatments on 179 oil wells. This represents an increase of 73 oil wells, or 69%, over the first quarter 2015 and an increase of 148 wells, or 477%, for the six months ended June 30, 2015.
The Company currently operates two production facilities, one in the Uinta Basin in Utah and one in the New Mexico region of the Permian Basin. The Company is also in the process of opening a production facility in the West Texas region of the Permian Basin and an additional facility in the Western Gulf Basin (Eagle Ford Shale) located in South Texas.
The Company estimates that there are approximately 5,000 oil producing wells in the Uinta Basin, 25,000 oil producing wells in the New Mexico region of the Permian Basin, 64,000 oil producing wells in the West Texas region of the Permian Basin, and 12,000 oil producing wells in the Western Gulf Basin (Eagle Ford Shale) that could benefit from Excelyte® maintenance treatments. The Company estimates that Excelyte® well maintenance treatments in these areas represent an annual market opportunity of $350 million.

Hydrogen sulfide is a toxic and corrosive chemical that frequently appears in oil and gas production. Excelyte® acts as a biocide and as a hydrogen sulfide eliminator/scavenger that kills sulfate-reducing bacteria, which are known to produce hydrogen sulfide. The Company's current down-hole well maintenance treatments consist of regularly scheduled Excelyte® treatments on oil production wells that contain bacteria which can corrode well equipment and well linings; contain bacteria that can sour the oil produced; and/or test positive for hydrogen sulfide.

Crady to serve as its Vice President of Sales and Operations for the company's Oil and Gas Division. Mr. Crady has more than ten years of experience in managing sales and operations of oilfield service companies, including those servicing the Permian and Western Gulf Basins of Texas, which are two areas the company is currently developing.
For the last three years, Mr. Crady has been the President of Sage Power Solutions, a division of HII Technologies, Inc. Sage provides onsite portable power to oil and gas companies. Previously, Mr. Crady was the founder and Executive Vice President of Sage Enviro Tech, Ltd., an environmental solutions company providing services to the refinery, petrochemical and mid-stream sectors of the oil and gas industry. Integrated Environmental Technologies (IET; Ticker: IEVM) is now producing its Excelyte biocide for use in 174 wells across the Uinta Basin in Utah and the Permian Basin in New Mexico. The biocide reduces the amount of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) down-well to near zero, reducing maintenance costs associated with corrosive damage caused by H2S.
IET increased the number of wells it is treating by 64% from March 2015 to May 2015, according to a company press release, and the company estimates that there are approximately 5,000 wells in the Uinta basin and approximately 25,000 wells in the New Mexico region of the Permian that could benefit from its product.
“Oilfield workers, midstream workers, company executives and regulators all have an interest in reducing H2S levels at well sites,” IET’s CEO David LaVance told Oil & Gas 360® during a recent interview. “It can be lethal in doses as small as 500 parts per million (ppm). The Excelyte biocide offers a way to almost completely eliminate H2S,” LaVance said.
The company’s product attacks microorganism’s at a microscopic level, destroying large systematic groups of unwanted bacteria, microbacteria and viruses without damaging human tissues or the environment, according to IET. When exposed to environmental conditions, the biocide degrades into salt and water.
“Monthly treatments are required in order to keep H2S levels down,” explains LaVance, “but the savings in maintenance costs alone can be $350-$800 per month for each well.” H2S is highly corrosive. By reducing how much is present before removing the resource in the ground, oil and gas infrastructure is able to stand up to operations through a longer life cycle.
IET operates out of 5,000 square foot depots located in oil and gas operations areas. The depots are operated by IET’s staff, and they create the product a day or two in advance of the treatment. The depots cost $175,000-$200,000 and pay themselves off within months. “In the future, we expect the depots will have the potential to break-even in three to four months,” said LaVance.
LaVanace says that the company is not planning on adding transportation to its services, and decided instead to focus on making its product at the best possible cost. “We find that our customers like their existing service company, so we prefer to work with them when it comes to transporting the biocide to the wells.”
IET’s biocide is also certified by the NSF, USDA and EPA for use in healthcare and food production as well, but IET is focused on increasing its presence in the oil and gas market, LaVance told OAG360®. He said the company plans to expand further in the Permian and move into the southwest Gulf and the Eagle Ford. “We’re expecting to open 2 or 3 more depots in Texas this year,” said LaVance.
To continue its growth, IET announced on July 21 that the company had hired Chad Crady to serve as its Vice President of sales and Operations for the company’s Oil and Gas Division. Crady has more than a decade managing sales and operations for oilfield service companies, including those in the Permian and Western Gulf Basin, where IET is focused on development.

(OTCBB: IEVM) today announced that it is currently providing Excelyte® well maintenance treatments on 174 oil wells to four customers in the Uinta Basin in Utah and in the Permian Basin in New Mexico. The Company has commenced Excelyte well maintenance treatments on 33 new oil wells, a 23% increase since it last provided an update on its oil and gas operations on April 16, 2015, and 68 new wells (a 64% increase) since the Company provided an update on its oil and gas operations on March 5, 2015.
